SCAM ALERT: Do Not Support this company! They add up charges while claiming items are “on sale.” Theyrefuse to cancel orders after 60 minutes (when you finally figure out you were swindled on the price.) They only pay artists 10% of the product price. Customer relations I experienced were terrible. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

I have ordered from society6 maybe 4-5 times. Each purchase was a great experience. My last purchase was throw pillows.One of the artists prints seemed a little grainy compared to the others. I requested a refund. That process was was also easy and the customer service rep was a 10! I’ll continue to purchase from society6. Super pleased!

What a scam of a company. Taking advantage of young artists and sending unusable merchandise.I ordered a case and the zipper was not even placed correctly. I sent a quiet note with feedback and a video to the artist without compromising her public reviews. This company, Society6 is a big scam. I sent them a note and no answer while they continued to spam my inbox with "deals" – never supporting them again!

I’ve ordered 3 items so far. One duvet cover, a pillow and throw blanket. I’m happy with all so haven’t dealt with customer service.I always have a pretty clear idea in my mind about how I want my things to look and can find exactly what I have in mind on the website. I love that my purchases are designed by artists and that they are unique and express my individual taste. I don’t buy many things for my home as far as decor but when I do I want them to be special and different.

I recently ordered a leopard towel. As soon as I ordered my package I gasped in horror!It was the cheapest looking thing! Simply sublimation on cheap material! I can’t EVEN touch it, my skin snags on it like Velcro! I cringed as I had to touch it to put it back in its package. Then I go to the website to return and there’s all the loops of “this page doesn’t exist” and “please email for help here”. We will see if someone responds to me. Then I read that I am responsible for shipping return costs? Lol WOW. I wouldn’t buy that towel at a dollar store and it’s my fault you sent me garbage? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I placed 1 order and they split it into 2 separate shipments which was fine but charged me 2 shipping cost without my knowledge.Then the items they sent were literally the poorest quality and said I had to pay to ship it back and they are keeping my original shipping as well..WORST customer service ever. NEVER purchasing from this company again.

I ordered two bright red hand towels, that was the exact description, I received two peach and white towels made out of really weird material and is completely falling apart.Not even remotely close to what I ordered or the description. What a joke. They still haven't responded to me either and they say they will respond within 24 hours It has been a week.
