This is the worst service provider, you have to literally beg them with multiple emails to get your account unblocked,if they blacklist it. We also have other things to do and not send emails after emails requesting you to whitelist back the account

I called today to get ask about some mistakes trying to use this method of payment,after 8-10 min waiting I spoke with a really angry woman, extremely aggressive... I don't what happens with them employees but I will never use again this type of payment and I will blocked my card of Klarna also

Stay away from this payment provider.
They have no idea which transactions are going through and which are not.They contact their customers to check it for them.
They asked me to go to my bank and check for 20 transactions if they were credited... If it's up to them you will make all your payments twice. They have no idea what they are doing. Stay away!

Terrible, payments get lost or cancelled and it will cost you days to get it back.They get it of your account and then say there wasnt a transaction so no one recieved it. Thieves!

I have always problems with Sofort Überweisung. Many transactions are lost and you have to contact them and wait up to one week in order to get money back.The customer service is absolutely useless, rude and unprofessional. I think this company should finish their work as soon as possible.
