Information on Safepass renewal is not accurate with regards to Pearson test centers
Information on Safepass renewal is not clear with regards to Pearson test centers. GRETB in Galway is listed as a test center but GRETB are not aware of same. I called the free phone number and got someone in a call center that had little knowledge. I followed up with Solas as I needed support for Polish language for the Safepass retest. Most unhelpful.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
The website is full of bugs and incredibly frustrating to use. There’s no way to contact a real person directly, which makes the experience even worse—especially considering people rely on this service just to be able to go to work. Instead of giving you a straightforward form, the website forces you through several “How-to” pages, wasting your time. Even when the correct information is entered, the system fails to process it and then blames you, the user. To make things worse, my password was reset without my permission by customer service. I've tried to reset it four times myself, and it still hasn’t worked. This level of service shows a complete lack of respect for the people who need it most—especially construction workers. Honestly, it's disgraceful. Solas.ie needs to do much better.
