They don't respond to your emails

Need to return a body cream I had bought as I had a bad reaction it, so far haven't received a response from them and it has been over a week.When you contact them, they claim that they are experiencing a high number of emails due to switching carriers (not true, they are still using FedEx...), and that it will take 5-7 days for a customer service representative to get back to you. Well, 7 days have gone by now and still no response sadly. I should have ordered the cream from Sephora, but I had points from previous orders and a discount so of course I had to use it. Also, their standard shipping is sooooo slow, they use FedEx Smartpost for their basic shipping, and it is the worst option a company can give you to get your things to you. I have had so many issues with Smartpost deliveries and wish companies would stop using it, just going with the USPS is so much faster. It took nearly a month for me to get this package from New Jersey to California, literally 2 weeks for the package to get out of the distribution centre in NJ. I was pretty sure at some point that they had lost the package because it wasn't moving at all. Frustrating all around.

Rushed shipping, not so much

I placed an order totaling $123.00 yesterday, I paid for FedEx 2nd day air. Everything was fine,order went through perfectly. Waited for a confirmation which was emailed to me quickly after placing the order. The problem came about this afternoon when I got a message saying that their distribution center in my region was closed yesterday and today due to inclement weather.... that’s a really crappy thing to find out since I paid for what I figured was rushed shipping. I reached out to them and was told I cannot get a refund for the 2nd day air, even though I won’t be getting my order until the end of next week. If I had known that prior I would have stuck with the standard shipping. if they’re having issues sending their orders out maybe do away with the rushed shipping option until they’re caught up. This is my first time ordering from their site. From now on I’ll be checking if they’re in stock at a Sephora close by before placing an order through the products website. Disappointing

I purchased $70 worth of merchandise from this company. I never received my items and was told by the company that they are not responsible for missing packages.The delivery service also claimed no responsibility even after noting it was left outside. Require a signature so items are received safely! This order was already an unnecessary splurge which I deeply regret.

Not the best customer service I've had... I placed my order almost 6 days ago, in the order confirmation email it said it would be shipped in 1-3 days...hasn't shipped and I have not received any emails. I reached out to customer service and they said they have a lot of orders due to the holidays and there's going to be a delay in my order. They didn't tell me if my order was put together or anything all they said was they received it. I understand with the virus and everything it's subject to a delay. It might've been nice to include in the email I got. Not too happy but I do love their products. Next time I will go to Sephora and just pick it up myself.

Too big for their britches! Horrible CS, overpriced cheap product

I really love the scent of the BumBum and CoCo Cabana creams that this company makes. They grew fast,and have a lot of popularity. It's priced pretty high, but the scent is addictive, and it's amazing what people are willing to pay... HOWEVER: They have recently expanded to other products, like body sprays, and candles. The sprays initially smell great, but lose their scent after 20 minutes or so. $20 for one ounce of spray, that doesn't hold its smell? No thank you. The candle is their new big release. I personally was really excited, until I saw them charging $45 for a single wick candle, that's burn time is guesstimated at 30 hours. That's more than a dollar an hour!! Greedy, greedy, greedy!! I can purchase a 3 wick candle from bath and bodyworks that is $20 cheaper, contains better ingredients, and will burn for 2 months! They released a smaller version of the candle in a collectors set. Still overpriced, but came with a tub of lotion, so I bit the bullet and purchased it. It does smell wonderful, but is VERY cheaply made. 2 hours into my initial burn, the candle continued to extinguish itself. It's not even half way through the candle. I wrote customer service, and their response blows my mind!! They said that it's a safety feature for the candle to put itself out, and that when the wax reaches about 1/2 inch left, it would no longer burn. I politely explained that there's a LOT more than a 1/2 inch of wax left, and I believed that I have a bad candle. Instead of offering to exchange the malfunctioning candle, they told me to use it on a wax melter. I didn't buy wax melts!! I bought a candle to burn!! If I wanted melts, I would have bought melts!! CS persisted that there's no way my candle is bad, they glue the wick clips to the bottom of the jar. So, I melted the candle in my oven, and the clip is actually floating in the candle sideways, not glued or attached to anything!! I sent pictures, and videos, only to be ignored. I will never give my money to a company that refuses to stand behind their product again!! I have also purchased the glow oils, and Sun screen. The bottles have zero heat tolerance, and have melted beyond useable conditions. Why are you charging $50 for products that are so cheap?? Just because you stumbled on a good scent??!! Ex fan!!Never a customer again!!
