I’ve been a faithful Sonos user since the start but with their move to Sonos 2 they have really screwed up.In response to their blitz of encouragement I went as far as to purchase new Sonos 2 compatible speakers so that I could ‘upgrade’ my experience and the truth is, it’s useless. It drops rooms randomly all the time - a bit more so with the portable speakers but it happens to all of them a lot. I spoke to a friend the other day and he’s had the same experience. Life is too short for this trashy level of user experience. I’m now actively (and sadly expensively) looking for a good alternative - or at least one that works.

Sonos has screwed all its long time buyers with making the common person rebuy new equipment that still works great.Unfortunately I am not rich and cannot afford to put up with BS. I will never buy another Sonos product. Good luck selling your product with reviews like this!!!! Again I will not buy another Sonos product but I will invest in something that Sonos once promised to be..... FU SONOS!!

Fantastic product, easy to use and set up and the sound is great. Most problems I’ve read are down to poor WiFi.I own 11 items and have not had any issues since setting my WiFi up correctly

I’ve owned Sonos products since they were launched and have slowly expanded my system.I now have a mixture of old and new and run an S1 & S2 system side by side, one via WiFi and one via a Boost. I’ve never had any issues with Sonos, dropouts or connecting to the system . I suspect anyone having issues probably either has a substandard router or poor WiFi, probably caused by the former.

After owning my sonos system for over a year now, I can say I've enjoyed the exceptionally amazing listening experience.We've have no issues and the system is easy to setup. Our household looks forward to adding on to the sonos ecosystem in the future!

I have owned Sonos equipment for many years. For the first 6 years I loved the product,turned my friends on to it and they loved it as well. But then something at Sonos changed. The company lost connection to their users, went public and went to hell. They told their users to buy all new Sonos gear and brick their existing Sonos gear, if they wanted to stay in the club. So rather then spending thousands of dollars on their tempting new products, I am living with my current Sonos gear and investigating the many new options from others. Some day a book will be written on how Sonos killed their brand.
