Sony is and remains just bad when it comes to game consoles. It is the 5th generation and has not learned anything.It is given to some and others do it with bots or are lucky. I don't understand why you can have such problems with every console. It's just ridiculously sad.read more

Customer service is horrible. Lost the charging case for my wireless earbuds and wanted to buy a replacement.Spent over an hour calling one phone number after the other with reps who didnt understand my problem and just gave me the next number to call, ended up telling me that the price for just the case of 87€ earbuds (including case) is 70€. Its sad because I actually enjoy their products, but if you need support you're lost.read more
