Sparkol Videoscribe Great customer Support
Videoscribe, Managed by Sparkol is a great service I decided that the software wasn't going to fit my team of editors with MacBook Pro updates and Chrome feature because we had some rendering download issues and line glitches we are sure that they may be working on fixing or updating any errors or bugs but we have to keep our production moving fast and had to cancel but overall great customer support due to the situation they would not normally refund but with my editing team we decided to not do whiteboarding and the customer support offered us a one time only refund which is rare and we are very grateful. Wonderful service. Very understanding.
So simple EVEN Blind People can use this
Hi as most of you are aware I am Blind, therefore, I have to use the PC with specialized audible software but I will never allow my disabilities to overshadow my abilities. VideoScribe is a fantastic piece of software - it's an animated video maker and the last thing you'd be expecting Blind people to use. I help out in a nearby blind Club, some of the members have some sight so I suppose I should have said Visually impaired Peoples club (VIP club because as everyone knows VIP = Visually Impaired People) Now these kids wanted a unique way to send their parents and me a Christmas card - enter Sparkol thanks to this wonderful software and literally hundreds of Templates these VIPs have achieved their target and made loads of cards Hey come on if Blind People can use it ANYONE can Thanks go out to 2 of the Sparkol Agents for their `Disability Awareness` Hayley and Oliver you were great thanks guys
I use the Videoscribe for a long time...
I use the Videoscribe for a long time, I made 15-20 videos with it. I am satisfied, however the app could be faster (mac), but it is easy to use and the result is always a good looking video. Thanks!

Worst frustrating scam experience with unintegrated out-of-date incompatable products. Has 2star Poor Trust Pilot rating
I have been trying to cancel this yearly account from Sept 21, 2015 since May 1, 2016. This year I was determined to stop their automatic billing and see if anyway I could use the videos I had already created and paid for via credit card + what products were included in this new annual fee. I contacted them 6 times through April and up to May 20th (my renewal date was May 23) and got no customer user responses. May 23rd $156.78 was taken out of my credit card account from a name I didn't know, FastSpring. I questioned cc but was told no refunds.

The subscription renewed after one year without and notice and I contacted them asap and told me they can’t refund me even if I didn’t use it for months and they didn’t notified me. I don’t recommend
