Stv player is an absolute nightmare. Usually fallen asleep before ad finish and it stops freezing.Lots of good programmes but not worth the effort. Sort it out please.

Sorry but I dont get all the bad reviews on this site, sure it freezes all the time and yes there are about 7 adverts every 10 minutes,and yes the picture quality is terrible. And of course the programmes are dreadful but apart from , sorry got to stop my nurse is coming now with my medication

Asking people to “get in touch” is a joke!
Don’t you get it?
STVplayer is a frustrating disaster that is not fit for purpose.
Getting in touch isn’t going to change that.
Tell your bosses to bite the bullet and get a new fit for purpose product that actually works and doesn’t generate the worst reviews I have ever seen.

If I could give zero I would, worst player there is! God help you if you need to pause ...you'll lose half an hour of your life!!Every time!! Freezes then when you try to get back to where you were either forgets and you have to go back to the beginning, having to endure 7 adverts again to begin with before you can fast forward or just doesn't restart at all, honestly it's a miracle my remote hasn't ended up lodged in the TV screen... absolutely hate it! Will only use if I have to when I have forgot to record stuff on the virgin media box. Same experience whether on the TV or via Chromecast on my phone..all round ...rubbish!!!

Absolutely dreadful App no clear indication of what program you have selected to watch.It's not until the first set of adverts has run do you find out what you've clicked. Buffering is a pain as others have mentioned.
