Customer Department lacking

The product is solid for the most part. However customer service department is significantly lacking as seen by much of the reviews.I have an issue with a pedal and the pedal crank. Tried calling immediately went to answering machine. After several days of trying finally reached someone who instructed me they need proof and purchase. I immediately sent it over to the email provided. After reading the reviews, felt I needed to follow-up with them to insure my warranty item is being processed. Unfortunately, this was when I was told there needed pictures of each components damage. Here is the issues, why didn't you ask for a that when you asked for proof of purchase? Dragging out the process and pissing the customers off. After finally receiving an email stating the requested is being processed for shipping and may take up to 4 weeks, I still haven't received the tracking information. I guess I have to ensure it is shipped too. Totally, a poor way of doing business. I love the product but will not do business with a company that has subpar customer service department.

My Husband bought an Elliptical bike back first of March. After me putting most of it together except for last pedal the parts would not fit.I emailed them immediately and told the parts were defective and bolt would not thread into pedal. I rec'd a reply of a video showing me how to tighten a bolt, I was highly insulted!! I know how to tighten bolts. I probably have sent 15 different emails to them. They asked me to prove receipts that I bought it , wanted pictures of the parts, wanted serial and model numbers, everything except the name of my first born son. Finally, they said they were sending the parts on April 7th. I've still not received those parts. I told them I had this set up in my front foyer and wanted to get it moved as quickly as possible pending receiving the correct parts. This place is ridiculous. Not a good way to run a business. In particular, Josh in their service department is a jerk!!

This is a follow-up to my December review. They finally contacted me in mid January,2 full months after I sent a video/audio highlighting the bike issue. They said they would be sending out replacement parts within 1-4 weeks, and would notify me when the parts shipped. It is now early April...nothing. How does a company that has absolutely NO customer service stay in business??? I guess they must sell enough to unsuspecting people (like me). Like lambs to the slaughter.

Bought an elliptical from them. after 1 month it did not work. tried to contact them, no real answers,just the generic "your mail has been received and will take up to 2 weeks to respond." They only answered when I involved paypal, but I made the mistake of not elevating the claim through PP and when teh time to do it expired, they stopped answering at all. So, my advice is avoid making business with them, if you did, had a problem and used Paypal to pay them, just get your money back through Paypal's warranty because you won't get them any other way.

My treadmill stopped working approx one month after I purchased it. I have been trying to work with sunny fitness for close to 4 months now.Their customer service is terrible. The length of time it takes to get a response is ridiculous. DO NOT purchase from them!!!

I have to say this is one of my best purchase ever. I bought an elliptical from them for home use this year.Shipping is fast. The manual guide is a bit complicated but once you follow step by step you'll find "What! super easy to assemble!" My family are using it every day! We also found Sunny provides so much great content for customers to build a sustainable fitness plan, which is sooooo nice! I was looking for a workout for losing weight and had no idea where to start so i emailed them. I was surprised how their staffs are patient and professional. I saw people are complaining them but come on! it's pandemic time. We should all be nice especially to those who are still working hard for us. Anyway, so excited we are on our fitness journey!! Thank you Sunny! You make my family every day a SUNNY day!
