Unethical company to trust with your business data
Sunrise app sold the lifetime license and I was an early adopter. Recently they forced lifetime users to monthly subscription and deleted all records who haven't upgraded. Businesses lost all accounting and tax details just like that including mine. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. I don't have any personal issues with the company. If they willing to honor lifetime users, I'm open to review my ratings.
Terrible business ethics
They sell a lifetime version of their product, then once you have several years of accounting history in their app they start charging a monthly fee to access basic features that you already paid for... The product used to be better, but Lendio has even ruined that...
What a Joke - Poor Customer Service!
What a Joke! This is an app developed by lendio.com to help clients with their PPP loan. The App does not work and the customer service is pitiful! I am unable to sync my Bank to the app. I uploaded bank statements manually. They want documentation as well as a 1099 for my expenses. I requested help and a call back and was promised that but it was all lies. Meanwhile the 1099 is going to be due and I have nothing to submit.
