AMAZING!
This company is amazing! I found them online while searching for high-quality transfers for quick shirts etc. I submitted my work on a Sunday and received my order on Wednesday! That's a very quick turnaround. I was also extremely impressed by the quality of the transfers! The colors were spot on! I am going to use them again. The cost for 100 was $202.00 after tax.
I’m not a big company
I’m not a big company. I’m a small T-shirt company that works out of my apartment and I had three runs about my product with super color. The print beautiful. But the mistakes in the runarounds cost me a lot of money.
Three strikes, you’re out.
After seeing several glowing YouTube videos about Supacolor, I decided to give them a try. I’ve used them three times, and each experience has been disappointing and costly compared with other transfer companies. My business is only 60 miles away, yet every order took eight days or more to arrive. Their advertised 1–2 day production time is misleading, making it impossible to plan my workflow around their actual turnaround. The transfers themselves are acceptable, though small parts of the artwork sometimes detach, and registration between the white layer and the design is adequate but not precise. Reliability, however, is the bigger issue. For my latest order, I submitted artwork Sunday night expecting production Monday or Tuesday. I received a Wednesday evening email claiming it had “shipped,” though only a label had been created. According to FedEx they didn’t actually receive it until Saturday, and I’m now hoping it arrives Monday. My first two orders were equally disappointing, and the excuses given were just as frustrating. Three strikes—needless to say, I will not be using Supacolor for future transfers.
The worst!
They suck! They take much longer than they say they’re going to to print your order and try to extort you for rush shipping. Nancy and customer service is a fine example of how poorly this company is run. I had to give her a special shout out because she alienated me to the point of writing this review.
