The worst customer service

Reviewed on 2021-02-10T18:14:26

The worst customer service. Forever getting cut off and sold promises that never transpire.Call backs promised but never happen. Everyone keeps promising to take ownership and disappears. Last time i buy an apple product. I have a repair id d480022103 and about 10 case id’s. Complaints apparently amount to nothing and they can’t do anything about other colleagues telling lies. Shocking service.

Stole money from my account

Reviewed on 2021-01-22T13:03:21

extremely poor support. They stole money from my account. I did not buy anything but they took money from my phone account. No possiblility to complain by email. Spent first 1 hour waiting for support. He told he would fix it. But nothen happened. Next call - also 1 hour waiting time - told it would take 30 days to recover amount. But no chance to get any written confirmation. No email address. only possible to send physical mail. Well Apple - IT company 2021 - physical letter????? Not reasonable to have to spend 2 hours to get my money back - and not even get any written confirmation or any kind of written response.

I had iPhone 11 Pro which should

Reviewed on 2020-08-16T13:24:26

I had iPhone 11 Pro which should - according to their specification - be resistance to liquids. Yesterday I use it to the first time to take photos underwater.I hold it under water for maybe 1-2 minutes. The phone is now down, not working and the most frustrating thing that the "Our most water‑resistant iPhone ever." is just for advertising. I have photos to share, but Trustpilot didn't allow me to share the photo. I will share them on all social media platforms. I will sue them and proceed with legal actions for misleading the customers. Shame on you Very bad misleading for one of your loyal customers.

Dont refund charges for apps that don’t even work.

Reviewed on 2020-01-31T16:42:29

Been using apps store for many years like maybe 15 years now - hardly ever had any complaint or disputefor wrong amount Charges Today I spent over an hour and via chat asking them to dispute the charges only to be told they are not able to at the end. I was charged $8.99 for app that didn’t even work and the app review shows I’m NOT the only ones The apps simply doesn’t work How in the world App Store still let this developer offer their app that doesn’t work?! And even worse let them charge $8.99 Most app charge free first and or $0.99 But $8.99????? Seriously and now they said I should contact the developer myself - SERIOUSLY? What so hilarious, she said : I see you cancelled already so you won’t be charge anymore. OMG- I cant believe she’s saying this! I know that. That I cancelled but that’s not why I’m reaching out to them in the first place. GRRRR She said she already reached out her supervisor Well - that’s even worse - everything she does so useless I just am going to contact my cc company and dispute there The site also does let me remove my cc information. Just be careful before you purchase any app Read the review and also make sure they have FREE trial period offer. Because onde you authorize the purchase, you can be sure are ON YOUR OWN They don’t care because it’s NOT their money. Very poor customer service
