Failed to deliver. Failed its very name. As an aspiring actor who put faith, time, money, and trust into this platform, the reality I faced was brutal. You’re welcomed with warmth, occasional sweetness in communication, and words that seem promising. But that’s where it ends. No follow-ups. No real casting. No visibility. Just one big digital waiting room where the “opportunity” never knocks. And the moment you raise your voice, the moment you express honest frustration — you’re politely nudged to delete your comment or post. “Please be patient.” “We are working on it.” “You will be notified soon.” These lines are repeated like a broken record — words so mechanical and emotionless that they sting. They don’t want your criticism; they want your silence. They don’t want to solve; they want to suppress. And when you ask for real support, when you seek actual results — suddenly, the sweet tone vanishes into convenient delay tactics. What’s even more infuriating is that Talent Track thrives on the desperation of strugglers. We are not just data points or profile pictures. We are artists. We are dreamers. Every day we fight rejection, self-doubt, financial instability, and social pressure — and platforms like Talent Track are supposed to empower, not exploit. But instead of being a bridge, it becomes a loop — a system feeding off our hope, yet offering no real nourishment. This review isn’t just for the team. It’s for the MD. If you're reading this, understand the weight of your failure. You’re not just running a business — you’re playing with people’s lives, emotions, and futures. You want your app downloaded, your PR clean, your numbers rising. But where is your accountability? Where is your vision beyond vanity metrics? To society, let this be an eye-opener. Don’t be lured by glossy branding and empty dashboards. Ask for transparency. Demand results. Hold companies accountable when they misuse our time, energy, and dreams.
Pathetic at best! Kudos to the management!
I wish there were a no-Star rating too. Talentrack is pathetic as best. Being a premium member-I was given a “relationship manager” She left the company. For months I stayed unclear and uninformed. Was scammed for 45000/- through this platform. Then the best thing happened. My new relationship manager, when asked about projects, said- “all projects are available on the platform, Prachi” i hope she gets kicked off of the service industry along with this pathetic platform. Relationship manager except one, they are like the hottest deal here. Hotter than the models and actors 🤣 They wont take your calls or reply to your texts. Most prompt are the sales folks, till you have signed up for premium. All in all this is just a pathetic platform with a paid positive review background! I hope they get bashed out of the industry! Peace ✌🏼

Fake/fraud service you will end with loose your money I was a premium member and no facility was given to me I used to receive fake audition calls and they further asked for money I talked to talent track executives they didn't said they don't know anything but this person who asked for money is registered with them and a genuine firm so I paid them too and then nothing so talent track is fake service
One of the worst Talent search…
One of the worst Talent search companies. As a recruiter, I upgraded on their website and posted a job. Upon getting responses of artists, I worked continuously for 3 to 4 months and made a rich "list" of good artists. Then, suddenly all my data that was saved, got lost. I asked what happened. The reply was, "sir, the site has crashed. We can't retrieve your data." In short, they asked me to bear the loss of all my data going away in no time. Yet, I continued. But then I was aghast to see my "verified" badge disappear too. Very poor experience.
