My survey provider only has a couple gift card and tango card for the rewards. I checked tango card reward catalog it had visa gift card.when i got my tango card i redeemed it but it did not have most of the rewards that it says it has

If I could give 0 stars I would! I received the card and was excited to use it as supposedly it can be used anywhere where Visa is accepted,that’s pretty much everywhere right? Well apparently not. Every single website I tried advised that there is a problem with the card or bank declined the payment (Amazon, Wayfair, Argos, Asda, B&Q to name a few). I have checked the number, my details etc so many times I have lost count. I have contacted the provider who were not helpful at all, just repeating the same message : check the details (which I did over and over), nothing wrong with the card! Then all of a sudden I am told that actually not everyone accepts this card and I need to speak to each merchant to see if they do. Instead, asked for a list of the merchants they know of to accept the card - none given. Then asked for confirmation of their complaints procedure (twice!) still no answer.
Save yourself a lot of hustle and don’t bother!

I decided to wait to redeem and choose which company to use my card at which was a BIG mistake!!Today I went to the link on an email I saved back in May to find that the $100 I was awarded from a survey was all gone! The thief chose Amazon and used my email address to claim the code and sent it to their own account. After some research I see that I changed my password after a message that my email may have been compromised. This was the same day my card is showing as redeemed. Tango was of no help. When you receive these cards, never wait to use them because from what I have learned these cards can be stolen easily even with the best of protections.

Very frustrating and time consuming. Called 2x at different times/different days to inquire why the e-card wouldn't pay for items at the store I selected.Put on hold for over 2 minutes then recording said all representatives busy; told to email. Emailed "support" and a generic email response said will be in touch in "5 to 6 days." Totally unacceptable! Contacted the organization that paid me for my services via tangocard. Organization's staff person contacted tango. Tango responded to staff person nearly 4 hours later and cc'd me. Their email said to speak with a manager at the store where I shopped if I encountered the same problem. Fortunately, I didn't have a problem the second time, but all of this back and forth was a waste of time. Clearly, I would still be waiting to get this issue resolved had I not contacted the organization that employed Tango to pay my fee. Also, the company should inform users UPFRONT that some items are exempt from coverage with the card. I learned this AFTER I had selected the store and printed out the e-card. Cash please!!!
