It's actually a shame that they call themselves a "payment processor" because they're nothing like it.
My money has been on hold for 6 months now,their chat support is absolutely useless and they don't reply to my emails. I'm pretty convinced at this stage that they are a bunch of scammers and not a payment processor.

The worse company ever I have seen in my life.
They are not even a company in real words, Never reply,they don't know their own system. In other words they don't have any system.
I just wanted to make few miner changes in my account like default currency USD, Business name correction they took weeks and still not able to do anything, every time I chat with them they treat me as a client who is launching new complain.
They don't even know about the previous chats, If I could give them less then 0 Zero that also would be unfair.read more
