Hire a new HR and be transparent
What I don't like about this company is they pay me with the lowest rate possible and worse, offers benefits and significant incentives which turn out to be just lies. Rude HR Department and unrealistic CEO, all our complaints regarding the promised benefits were disregarded. They make unrealistic goals, which create unhealthy competition among staff. This also makes everyone to lose self-esteem and motivation.
They should better their customer support
We were referred to them by a colleague who praised their services. I contacted them with an inquiry which took too long to be answered. By the time they got back to me, I had already gotten an alternative service provider.
