Absolutely one of the best tool companies period.
I was put on to Tekton tools from reading forums. People like the products. So I thought I’d try. I have to say, after purchasing a number of tools and accessories from Tekton directly (and from Amazon), the quality is outstanding. I have an affinity to German made stuff, but for more robust work, tools made in the USA or Taiwan are my next preference. So already having some very fine tools, I can full well state Tekton tools are absolutely excellent products. I would not hesitate to recommend them over others even if they all cost the same. They just have high standards in their products and it shows. Now, for the second part I tip my hat to them for is shipping. I’m in Ontario Canada, so I can’t easily visit their store. But, these guys again, show tremendous acumen for customer service. Shipping is fast, for me they use FedEx and the price you pay is exactly the amount on the total online invoice. Now, it’s in U.S. currency, so do the exchange and that’s the price. No additional fees. Moreover, they keep you apprised by email with tracking numbers and though I have not needed it, users of their tools claim they have one of the best warranty programs in the market. Add all this up and becomes a no-brainer to contemplate buying from Tekton. I highly recommend the experience and the tools are absolutely fantastically well made. Thanks Tekton and keep up the great work!

Tekton is an amazing company, was recently reminded of this with a recent email from the CEO. The transparency on product costs and how they stand behind their products with their warranty is unmatched in the industry. Please dont ever change. - A life long customer.
Found waht I was looking for
I’m one of those guys that always tells it like it is. Most of the time when browsing and shopping for anything, the nags begin. Pop up ads. Demands for personal info. Music blasting. Forced video. The misery goes on, even in private bronzing mode with add on programs to stop them. NOT SO with Tekton. They leave you alone to browse and shop in total peace. Product information is abundant, and the simple, organized site is easy to navigate and use. I see a company with very strong management that understands what others do not. Gimmicks only irritate and annoy, and do not sell. Gimmicks are simply a ploy to gather email addresses so they can spam and get back a minuscule percentage of responses that buy, so they can justify their actions. Imbeciles that are marketers, not tool people or real people that see thru such nonsense. NOT TEKTON. They get it. THINK LIKE A CUSTOMER and provide what we want. Good price, good quality, easy hassle free shopping, and strong customer service. If you see this, Tekton, please, don't change anything. I am now a customer for life. In all honesty, I was going to purchase Milwaukee tools before finding Tekton, but bailed from the web site after constant full page pop ups, nags screens, and assorted irritants that literally drove me away. Good tools, pitiful marketing choices. I will never go back and try again. Tekton has everything I want, with none of the hassles associated with marketing schemes.

By far the best made tools & unbeatable prices! Tekton is not a Japanese company, its a company that is from the good ol US of A! Its a family-owned company in Grand Rapids, Michigan! Not only do they have a enormous amount of tools to choose from, but they also have a lifetime replacement on any of the tools you buy from them! The prices are so low, I only wish I had more room to buy all of the tools they have! I have sets of sockets & ratchets, bolt cutters, wrenches & even a car tire pressure checker! All of my tools are just as good as I bought them over 5 years ago! Thanks Tekton!
