It seems that Sara representing Telia is having a hard time to see what I re-wrote in my review andcompletely ignored to respond to any of the complaint's.
I guess she is the proof of the ignorance of Telia, if no unsatisfied customers are "acknowledged" there are no unsatisfied customers.

Telia is one of THE most greedy communication delivery service provider active in Scandinavia.
Telia has often been proven to dabble with cartel style operations all over the world, to not say the least in Sweden. They offer packages to landlords which then stays locked to Telia as a provider for years. As a tenant you are often you are forced to use their service and you pay dearly for it, not only in terms of price but also your privacy.
Over and over again they will try to fool you to allow them to collect and sell information about you, everytime you login to "my page" you will get an notification. in some services like with Paydrive they dont do that at all, they just take it without really giving me an option.
Also note that Telia is known for providing any and all information requested by any lawyer for any reason. There are several cases where customers information has been shared with foreign organisations who later has been sending out demands of payment which they claim to be required by law.read more

Their support is none existent. The speeds are much lower at least on Solna (I am talking about fiber connections at home).I cannot get even third of my Internet speed from their own servers. But I’m stuck with this monopoly because of my association.
I do not have internet for the third day for something I’m paying them for. I wish I could Sue them.
p.s. And if you want to see how bad they are read their reply. I am not talking about Mobile. I edited my post to be more accurate and obvious. I guess they are using some sort of robo-reply style.

Super bad user experience recently with Telia, list events here:
4.1 I applied from Telia to set up 500m broadband,order created, for some reasons this order included tv package, so I call Telia to remove tv from my order same day. They told me router will be received at 4.5.
4.6 I did not received router and contacted Telia, router did not be sent because their guys was confused by the order modified by themself. I explained again, they sent router out.
4.12 I got router, broadband was enabled same day.
4.13 broadband broken from the morning, contacted Telia, their answer was they terminated network because they misunderstood the order (????) ... And they said they will fix by 4.14.
4.14 No internet until late afternoon, they said they fix by 4.15.
4.15 I do not trust their words any more, so contacted Telia in the morning again to double check they will start my case and got their answer: it will be fixed in couple of hours . No luck at late afternoon, contacted Telia, this time their answer is hum... something happened, we will recreate order and fix in next week hopefully.
To be honest, if Telia really take the case seriously and not be fooled by their own order management system, enable a service is just couple of hours effort. What I saw the management is just terrible chaos. Do you really respect your customer ? I gave up, really boring.read more

Worst service by Telia. I have No Internet since 31st march due to their irresponsible work.I sent a request to move Internet connection from my old address to new.
They confirmed throuh email that Internet service will be disconnected on 1st April at my old address and service will be enabled at my new address.
In reality, Internet disconnected at my old address on 31st March and no Internet at my new address till now. And no positive response for my phone calls. I am tired and gave up.read more

In 2020, I found one of their advertisement mentioning 500/500 Mbit/s can cover guaranteed speed each corner of the apartment.After 2 months I found unstable network which is minimum 60 Mbit/s up to 180Mbit/s.
During the year I was communicating with them and finally I got 190 Mbit/s to maximum 240 Mbit/s but sometimes 290 Mbit/s. They informed me they can't guarantee for wi-fi but with cables. I told them I can't seat in front of my entrance with my laptop during the day, my mobile phone has no cable option to connect with fiber box/socket. So, I asked them why did not Telia advertised that, they can only guarantee the speed with cable connected devices not with wi-fi? Then they have no answer. If any technician comes to fix the problem and do not find out any problem then they will charge around SEK 900. 2 times customer service agent wanted to send technician but no one communicated.
Speaking in English with customer agent, 2 times they have disconnected the phone. Last 4 months of 12 months contract, it was horribly lagging. I asked for cancellation the contract and they gave me discounted price which is SEK 10 more than present price plan! He mentioned lagging is not only your issue it is every ones problem. Cancellation department assure me I will get 500/500 Mbit/s with new software update and he extended the contract for 12 months and transfer the call one of his expert colleague to update software, expert told me I am in wrong department. She transferred technical department and now customer service agent (she) hold me on my phone while I was interested to speak in English. I am now about to leave them. I feel good now. I think, journey begins to suffering with another operator may be with some different way. But, hope for the bestread more
Total screw up from start to finish - disgraceful service

I switched my Broadband and TV supplier from Boxer to Telia.
The sequence of events unfolded as follows:
1. 13/01/2021: Order Confirmed (Bredband 250/250 + TV Lagom)– Leveransdag 15/02/2021
2. 09/02/2021: Text message stating that fibre port blocked, call 020 22 11 88 (09:00-16:00 weekdays)
3. 10/02/2021: Called Telia as requested and confirmed my current provider is using fibre port and service will terminate on 14/02/2021; informed agent that I had still not yet received shipment confirmation for Router and TV box, agent stated that they would dispatch immediately.
4. 11/02/2021: Still no confirmation of Router and TV box shipping; contacted customer service via chat. Agent stated that hardware was still set to be delivered by start date and even though I pointed out it was Thursday evening and there was no service over the weekend, but Telia stated:
“The delivery group will likely send the hardware by tomorrow or possible on sunday evening. Our partnership with Postnord means that we have faster than normal deliveries. They handle problems like the one that has happened with order quite often and know how important it is to have the hardware on time” and that “You don't have to worry about it. The hardware is always the smallest concern”
5. 15/02/2021: (01:07) Received text message – welcome to Telia (with access codes for TV box)
6. 15/02/2021: (09:00) Contacted customer service via chat; informed that an unknown person had cancelled the order for my Router and TV box hardware and that there was nothing that could be done about it. After a long debate with agent, offered 300 GB data card which could be posted or collected from a Telia store.
7. 15/02/2021: (18:00 approx) Drove to Telia store to collect 300 GB data card (a 1 hour round trip from my house by car), the shop assistant requested that I pay a “Loan” fee of SEK 295 for the use of a 4G router (which I declined).
8. 16/02/2021: (17:62) Collected Router from ICA Maxi, (30 minute round trip)
9. 17/02/2021: (13:43) Second Router and TV box delivered to my home
10. 17/02/2021: Second TV Box delivered to ICA Maxi, (Not collected)
11. 25/02/2021: Second TV Box returned to Telia by Postnord
12. 26/02/2021: (11:03) Second TV Box delivered to Telia
Without promised service for 2 days (working from home), lying or at best misleading information from service agents, fobbed off by Telia at every step and expected to pay for their incompetence.. disgraceful service .. use at your peril

This problem has absolutely NOTHING to do with ports being blocked (ports were completely clear by the start date) and EVERYTHING to do with you not sending hardware in time for the service start date (despite insisting on 2 separate occasions that you had already sent it, which was not the case).. stop making excuses, OWN your poor service and FIX THE PROCESS ..
If you had really looked into my case you would not have to "hope" that i get "internet as soon as possible!" you would know exactly what my current state internet is ... more empty words!read more
