Very very slow to respond

Very very slow to respond. Website is down because they are SO SO SLOW. We're talking days here,not hours, but days to process a simple validation.

Website doesn't work, bad customer care

Website doesn't work, says things are approved when they're not. 3-5 business days is ridiculous,and customer care doesn't answer the phone. Hold times to speak to someone were almost a half hour for them just to tell me that they had a system problem and then my certificate got issued. Headaches for nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid and go with another provider who cares about their customer's business.

1. They say it takes 3-5 business days to process certificate. On the 8th business day - certs are still pending 2.We called them on the 7th business day - they said that certs will be issued in the nearest time (in hours) - nothing was done even on the next day 3. Nobody replies in support chat

Terrible and expencive service

I was signed up for Thawte SSL123 Certificate (2 years). I had several issue with this company.1. This is twice expensive service than competitors. 2. In a few weeks later my host provider (ASPwebhosting) was out of business. I notified the Thawte about it and requested certificate transfer to a new host provider but they are not offering this service. They advised to cancel existing service and sign up for a new one. 3. I cancelled my existing service with Thawte and received cancellation email. The refund still not applied to my credit card (it is over one month now). I contacted Thawte several times but didn’t get any respond. I contacted my credit card to get refund from them.
