Great service from John. Helped me get motorcycle insurance and bundle tenant insurance. Was a recommendation from the shop where I grabbed the bike. Very convenient. Took care of everything after a quick call. Super smooth and easy.
Not overly impressed
Not overly impressed I received a quote from big then signed up for them. As" seemed actually very good once I signed up. I was totally different price than what I was originally quoted and then when I got my insurance package from the insurance company which took almost a months to get. Despite the fact that I had to harassed them several times for it, the price went up yet again. Honestly, I am not impressed with big their service is extremely slow. Their agents are completely useless and are not at all knowledgeable. Their quotes are completely hogwash and even the price they tell you once you sign up is subject to change from the insurance company that you're dealing with. I would not recommend them at all. In fact when my policy is up for renewal. I will not be renewing with big. I am not impressed
