The Brick has ZERO policy for return and exchange for appliances and electronics for DOA

I've purchase a Virtual Pinball Cabinet from The Brick but Dead on Arrival. I tired to troubleshoot myself and check loose cables,hard reset and factory reset but nothing worked. It booted up after I assembled it and loaded into the game menu screen but after 60 seconds the screen gone blank but the playfield TV was on just grayed out. So I contacted The Brick and an agent told me they do not cover exchange for "gaming items" after 6 hours of receiving said purchase. Not even given a 14/30 days period for exchange or at least 7 days protection. I was told to contact the manufacturer via email. Also I could not return an open product. The retailer hold no accountability after you received broken appliances or electronics and tells you to contact the manufacturer instead via email and there's no contact by phone. The agent also told me to read the manual to contact for further assistance but the manual said the retailer are reasonable for standard warranty. She didn't even read the manual at all. This situation is absolutely unacceptable that there is no exchange before a 7 days period none whatsoever .

I bought a chair from the Brick, it came, the truck park at the top of our driveway,two men went inside the truck FOR OVER 20 minutes I walk out, they had this chair on its side and they are trying to fix this chair I caught these people RED HANDED giving me a used broken patch up chair THIS CHAIR IS FROM THE SHOWROOM A LITTLE BOY WAS PLAYING ON THIS CHAIR IN THE STORE THE BOY WAS POCKING HIS FINGER IN A HOLE BETWEEN HIS LEGS AND THIS CHAIR HAS THE SAME HOLE. THE FEET ARE ALL WORN THIS IS NOT A NEW CHAIR I AM BEING NICE THAT I CAUGHT THIS STORE RIPPING ME OFF PLEASE COME GET YOUR JUNK THANKS NEVER AGAIN DARRELL, VISA WILL HAVE THE FULL REPORT, this is a covid dirty chair OMG FROM THE BRICK IF YOU WANT A COVID DIRTY CHAIR ASK FOR JAWAD HE WILL HELP YOU AS HE HELPED ME... f I could give a lower rating I would. We heard empty promises for 7 months saying our couches were on their way.Last week we get a call to explain how the couches are here but there are no arm rests or ends. We went to change our order and had to pay a $35 price difference. After 7 months of waiting, they didn't offer to cover the costs, or even a small part, they didn't offer to deliver, they didn't offer any compensation whatsoever for 7 months of empty promises and then had the audacity to charge a trivial $35. Of course, they blamed Covid-19 for everything. Worst customer service experience imagineable.

After going to Leons and no sales person approaching us we went to The Brick! Everyone was so friendly especially Lucille Desjardens.She knew the products and was VERY Helpful and patient with us. She reviewed our best options for purchasing our sofa and Recliner. This was in the Orillia store. Over the years I have a gret experience with the Brick and would recommend them and Lucille to any one. Thank you for your help, Lucille.

My recent experience at the Brick was horrible. After purchasing a washer dryer set with pedestals I was told 2 week delivery.2 weeks later I was told 2 weeks again. When I tried to contact my salesman he didn't respond to me for 5 days so I had to go to the store. He told me 2 weeks. At two weeks still nothing so I asked him to call. Again no response so I again went to the store. This time he told me he would talk to his manager in the morning and call me. Morning comes and no call. (again) I call the store and find out he doesn't even get to work till afternoon. So stalled for two months, lied to and to top it off when I AGAIN went to the store to try to get answers the store manager made excuses for his lying salesman and then told me he couldn't refund my money and cancel the order cause it was in transit and his system wouldn't let him. Turns out his junior associate knew how to get the refund done, he was just covering for his ineptness. I'm not pissed cause someone has a supply issue, I'm pissed at The Brick making their problems my problem, lying to me and then trying to hold my money longer (as if 2 months and no product is acceptable). Funny thing was the store manager had a plaque on the wall behind him from The Brick Leadership Course. Wonder what they teach in that course?

Windsor, Ontario store please do not go there .Furthermore ,horrible customer service ,never receive my furniture's ask for refund ,to end up getting a check 2 months later . This is not even done ,they wrote the check with wrong name ,still until today i have not received my refund for my chair that was never deliver . BE AWARE THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY NOR RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS .SHAMEFULL BUISSNESS, GO TO LEONS FURNITURE YOU BETTER OFF

Waited a month for my order to be delivered after being confirmed and paid for and the day of delivery I realized I didn’t get the phone call the day before to confirm I would be home and so I called.They then inform me that the freezer I bought was out of stock. So I asked why I was able to order it and schedule delivery and my payment was taken with not a single clue the freezer wasn’t in stock? Not to mention, why didn’t I get a call to inform me of anything? The customer service call centre was rude and apathetic to our frustration. Just a matter of fact “I can’t help you”. She didn’t even try to help us out and maybe even point us to another model similar to the one I ordered, didn’t try to figure anything out. Just sat on the phone quiet and when I asked about my refund she said I would get one but didn’t tell me it would take almost 3 weeks which meant it was almost 2 months of waiting to get a freezer because I had to wait for my refund to go somewhere else.

Went to the distribution center to pick up and the gent there "Ryan" said hey,how about filling out a review for the distribution center and it will enter you to win a gift card to the Keg - well I won and they were to mail it out. It has never arrived. I called the distribution center and they didn't even bother to call me back. No truth here.... don't trust what they say.
