The Mac and cheese bites were delicious-- wish we had more sauce (would definitely ask for extra in the future!!)all of our meals were pretty appetizing but definitely would be even better in person (hopefully soon enough!)

Waitress added items to check not order...no it was not a mistake...the last think she ask before before getting the check was "will you be ordering any desert tonight" at which time I replied no.I requested to speak to a manager... He was of no help...(has visions of grandeur) paid check and left before situation got out of control...

Long but true. OMG!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. My daughter and kids and son in law wanted to celebrate my marriage here.We had a reservation We arrive on early for her 6:00 pm reservation , NO ONE from this establishment came over to my table to offer an explanation for the uncooked steak tacos.Needless to say the food was terrible!!! My 22.00 well done steak tacos were not well done had red showing was so tough but I was starving after waiting 2 hours to eat. I had to send it back 2 time when they bought it back the 3 rd time the manager said it looks well done to me. Little to say Karen it was not for you ( I asked for only well done steak they could not even do that. Drinks were being brought out in wrong glasses and the bread did not appear to be done it was rock hard Terrible service and food and they had the nerve to charge my daughter and son in law a 23.00 gratuity and our waitor was serving another tables food same time as us They could not come up with nothing free for the marriage girl who spent 200.00 on the reservation. This was the first and last time that this establishment will see a dime from me. My daughter was entitled to her money back and her meal free. Some PLEASE tag the owners in this. Go somewhere else Better customer service somewhere else. I am going on the Resturant Facebook page and the owners with this same complaint.

Orlando restaurant, Millenia Mall. Easter Sunday (04/04/21) 5:30pm Our waiter was angry when he came to the table.We asked for a few minutes to choose our drinks - he was gone 10 mins. Another gentleman stepped in to take our order, just as our waiter returned. It was downhill from there. We thought we were in the ‘hood’ with how the waiter spoke to us Ex: you want bread? I had a strawberry daiquiri drink $11:50 that contained no alcohol. I felt I could not say anything - I did not want our angry waiter spitting in our food or worse. On top of all this the tiramisu cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake was somewhat bland.(The rest of the food was excellent.) I called the next day and spoke to the manager on duty Josh, who suggested you can not always tell if there is alcohol in a drink. I explained I am over 40 and it is not my first rodeo and I had a strawberry daiquiri at least a hundred times in my lifetime, so I think I know what one tastes like. In any case why were they questioning me about whether I wanted alcohol - I was after all choosing between the margarita and the daiquiri? Would the margarita have had no alcohol too? Josh then started to talk about his Mother. I said obviously no one there can help, I will speak with corporate instead. I called corporate - they are closed! I left a voice message and an email. My advice is talk with your money - go somewhere else. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants in Orlando that will treat you far better from the corporate office down.

Not worth it. I've come to this location on several occasions and once before I was disappointed and this is the SECOND occurance of a bad experience and POOR customer service.I came in to have lunch after shopping. We came in a witnessed a fair skinned hostess with glasses and a ponytail abruptly tell another group of people they needed to move. We proceeded to request seating outside and requested to know how long the wait would be 10- 15 mins. She informed us that we would receive a text message when our table was ready. We went outside to wait to avoid being rudely told to wait elsewhere. After 20 minutes I went inside to inquire how long the wait would be...the hostess failed to make eye contact with me and asked for my name. I told her and she said um just give me a moment...then asked me again and I said my name. She then said OOPPS your table is ready and printed a slip. The other hostess proceeded to seat five other parties before seating us. After the fourth group was seated, I approached her again and asked why other were being seated before us as they aren't any reservations and we've been waiting. She said "we're going go seat you", rolled her eyes and turned to the left away from me. I promptly asked to speak to a manager and she responded sure and then asked me if I wanted to be seated or speak to a manager. I requested BOTH! I waited on the manager who arrived and seems not surprised and no apology was made. I asked him what would be done about her behavior, he said "you're the customer so I want to deal with you first and then I will deal with her". Based on his behavior, I was disappointed to say the least as her attitude is reflected by his leadership. We had Kay as a server and she was very friendly and professional, although we found a blonde hair in our butter. Not her fault as her hair is brown. I won't be returning and neither will my family and friends. I ONLY gave this two Stars based on Kay's service and attentiveness. Congratulations - lost customers because of your management and hostess staff's terrible attitude. If you read this in time. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Plenty of other options nearby that will treat you well as a paying customer should be treated.

Food was not great. Had to send Omelette back x2. 1st ice cold, 2nd full of the requested item asked to be omitted.Waitress caught that. Service wasn't bad. Cheese cake was good. Cheesecake factory very pricey for the not so good food. Southcenter, Tukwila Wa.

They don't even deserve any star. The worsted restaurant which I ever visited. Specifically DJ the manager in Rancho mirage location. He should be a dishwasher rather than a manager.
