Why there is SO MUCH positives reviews over all their templates ?It's because ENVATO are removing most of the negatives reviews ! I invite your to read their page "Rating or Review Removal Policy". That's sick to see how they manipulate people.

I bough a theme on their website.
Please note, most of their templates use a page builder like "WPBakery", that decreases the performance of your website (take longer to load, so there is a chance it will increase your bounce rate).
In the description we can read "the theme is compatible with bbPress", however there is no template/css files for the registration/forgot password/login pages. They just made the page that list the bbpress forums.
I received an answer from the author, asking me to contact their Tech Support.. but I already started to work and customise it (and removed the extensions that provide poor performance).
After 2-3 months, my review is not anymore available on their website. It looks like, they just want to keep the positives reviews to sell a maximum of their themes. (I contacted their support to know a little more about this, and I'm waiting for an answer).
My advice, use a free theme and customize it, or hire a real webdesigner (who didn't use any page builder extensions).

I just created a beautiful website with halothemes. I have never worked with coding before but with their help my website looks great.It was hard work and a little tricky at times but halothemes didn't let me down and answered or fixed any queries I had. I am a very happy and relieved customer.

I think that,as a customer, I can expect the KREATIVA theme to work perfectly and that it has nothing to do with support time - this is my basic right as a customer of yours. It can be described as a shame that she referred me to the developer of the themes KREATIVA, but stopped the hand when I bought it. I bought the theme from you, so I expect the necessary support from you to explain to me why the demo data button does not work. So why does this link not work. WORST SERVICE EVER. We bought a theme (Fastor) that is supposed to make the website work faster.The speed of our website became 30% slower!! I asked so many times about a refund and all they do is closing my tickets or getting a rude reply by some uneducated person. Terrible! :(
