Really great service and experience
We recently moved into our TOG office in Liverpool Street and we have been really impressed with everything so far. The on-boarding team were really helpful and bar some issues with the IT at set up, everything else has been brilliant. The office space and facilities are clean, well equipped and well managed. The reception team are always really friendly and helpful too. Really great experience.

I share a co-working space with colleagues. Staff are very friendly although cost is a bit high, was not allowed to have mail delivered as premium service and cost more.
Avoid!
We have moved out of their Whitechapel building and I have to say, we have been glad to get out. Their approach to everything prior to Covid-19 was a bit lackadaisical but fine as we didn't really have much to do with the team (bar having to report cleaning issues in our office). But since Covid, they have been atrocious. They said they were doing things to assist their clients and yet, whenever we tried to reach them we had radio silence. Overall, cutting the story short, we just got beyond fed up. We have now since moved to Dawson House with One Avenue up the road and having an amazing experience so far.
Very disappointing, especially in 2020.
Being a client of TOG's has been like being in an abusive relationship. You know your partner is treating you like crap. But you keep at it because you can't be asked to move out. I've been a tenant since 2016. What makes their service 1-star is their lack of professionalism. My business has lost work because of their receptionists. This mix of sloppy-dressing stoners and wannabe 'influencers' are more interested in taking selfies than working. We were bidding for work and our potential clients came to visit us to learn more about us. The reception staff messed them around so much that our potential clients left the office without seeing us. It was a tight race between our firm and a competitor, but that experience was enough to lose us the work. Stupidly we stayed (although we moved buildings) but there wasn't a huge improvement. 2-years' later, we nearly lost another project for precisely the same reason. Fast-forward to 2020 and I am writing this during COVID-19. Rather than saying "we're all in this together and we will offer up some help to our tenants", TOG is in battle with every single tenant / client, offering no discounts. What's more, they're threatening legal action to those who fail to adhere to their terms. This is a tough line to take during what are difficult days for many (including them). But everyone has to give. They are giving not one inch. This just isn't from my experience, but across other businesses in the network. While we are close to negotiating a deal, I can tell you that we are doing it out of fear of being sued by them (btw, our accounts are in order). But at the earliest opportunity, we are out. I have been very disappointed by them. And I'm very angry at the way they've treated us and other tenants during what is a very difficult time. If you do any important client work, I would not advise coming here. Your clients will not be impressed. And if you find yourself in a pandemic, don't expect help from them. They'll screw you.
Nicely decorated spaces
Nicely decorated spaces. Although limited hot-desk space, if you have to move around locations these areas are packed . SOME people at reception desk are very unfriendly and not able to either help or make you feel welcomed to the building despite they are the first impression of this firm manners or training are lacking. We are not recommending this place
