Absolutely disastrous.
I bought a single item back in 2020, it's now been nearly 6 months and it has still not arrived.that wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except that I have sent the company five emails, none of which they have ever responded to. As far as I am concerned, they have stolen my money. Do not fall for this scam company.read more

Do not buy a warehouse mobile simcard if you have and older Apple phone as their sim cards do not workin them.
They have been aware of this issue since the beginning and the only solution they offer when you have a problem is to go back, get a sim swap sim card, ring them and ask for the number to be transferred to that
This is stupid, inconvenient, and they offer no compensation
The technical side of this mobile company should have sorted this out long before now and should be ashamed of themselvesread more
