Is this how you treat your customers?! I ordered KFC and it took over 2.5 hours to arrive! I thought fast food was supposed to be fast! I could not find any phone number on your website, and the chatbot was, of course, not working. What is going on?!

€31,- Order was wrong. Tried to contact for a refund. Was given €7,75. After attempting to contact back, i get radio silence. I have contacted 3 times on Email since. The chat doesn't do anything either. Just keeps referring me to 'I can only help with orders in the past 24h', even if i'm specifically requesting in the chat to talk with a person. This is horrendous. Update: Hi Tessa, I have attempted to resolve this through the proper channels in the emails already. I keep getting the reply " Dear Steef, Thank you for your message regarding your order. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience related to your refund request. After reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a full refund for your order. This decision is based on our refund policy, which allows for partial refunds in certain situations. We understand that this may not be the outcome you expected, and thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions, please contact us or use the Help Center. Thank you for your support and have a nice day. Sincerely," No other context. This complaint is about order 3V6WRY at Pizza 076. Please do check the corresponding emails to see what i have been dealing with. After being given only automatically generated emails without any further review, i am appalled by how bad the communication has been outside of this reply on trustpilot.

I have ordered food around 18.30 the timer said 25 min for delivery, 2h later it was saying 30 min, after 2.5hrs of wait I contacted customer service, which was not easy, after 10 min of talking I was only offered refund, and imagine waiting for food till late in the evening only to get order canceled, this is very unprofessional and it is sad there is not much alternative to this shitty scamers (this is not the first time the order was cancelled after over 2hrs waiting for delivery)

On january 11, 17.00 hours I ordered a meal at restaurant Waterloo in Amsterdam. I waited for hours but the meal never was delivert. I want my payment back but nobody of Thuisbezorgd reacts I am a long client. I order every week two meals. Hope to hear from you. Paul van Stapele.
Poor delivery and worse customer service
We ordered food from a restaurant and we only got delivered a single drink. The delivery guy basically ran off too fast for us to react. We called the restaurant and they said they would send it again. This is not the first time we've heard it. So we keep trying to talk to someone from the customer service and we finally get an email confirming that we are getting a refund: but not even the full price. That was hell of expensive coca cola delivery... Very disappointed in the service and the support received.
