It all went well when I first purchased my ticket. Today (12 hours before the event)I realized the ticket have misspelled my name, I reached out to the customer service and got a response with the edited ticket within less than an hour! Great customer service :)

I unfortunately purchased a ticket for a gig at the wrong location and realised soon after,I reached out to ticket-fairy customer service and spoke to Ani, who replied to me within minutes even at 9pm. I was very impressed with the prompt reply and how helpful Ani was with refunding my ticket once I purchased a new one (for the right location). Service was 10/10 Thank you

I had accidentally put the wrong name on the ticket. I emailed and got a reply within 2 minutes,on a Friday Night! Was so good to not be stressed about it until the next day! Excellent service :)
