Tickets have not arrived , queried this, after a couple of weeks emailed they gave me a list of reasons why the tickets might not have turned up,clearly they had not really investigated, so not impressed.
Admittedly the gig is not til November 21 but still not impressed.read more

Contacted Ticketweb after notification that the gig I'd booked tickets for was no longer taking place.Received an email from Tom C who had tried to reimburse me but the booking was made on an expired bank card so instead sent me a survey to complete bank details etc. Received an email within minutes of completion to confirm the refund had now been made. Quick, clear and very helpful response.read more

Be wary of promises made by ticketweb over cancellations. Firstly they asked we wanted a refund on tickets for the Great Escape,saying we could carry them over to such a time as the event could go ahead. An online version happened earlier this May - I emailed on 8th May to ask if our tickets were valid. They emailed back to say yes on 22 May a whole week after the 3 day event had closed! We love the Great Escape but are very reticent about booking tickets through TicketWeb.read more

I hadn't received notification of the cancellation of the concert (which is the minus 1 star)but once I queried the issue the communication has been great and William has been very quick in responding to mails etc. 5 stars to himread more

The event was rescheduled due to covid. As I can't make the new date, I was told I could have a refund.Numerous emails and over three months later and I am still chasing the refund.read more
