Awful communication and refund process!

Reviewed on 2021-05-08T19:45:03

Ordered a pair of boots but way too narrow so arranged return but no one turned up to collect so re-arranged but this time I dropped them off at the return point. No communication that they received boots back or processed the refund. Sent 4 emails chasing. They received back on 28th April according to tracking but when finally got a response from customer service they advised that refund was processed 7th May! However, I'm yet to see the money back on my card! Service is very very VERY slow for online shopping. Took over a week to receive the order in the first place. If you want timberland boots I would avoid their online shop and actually go to a store

Very bad experience

Reviewed on 2021-05-04T15:13:20

Very bad experience, very disappointed with online shopping and their awful return service. So I boughttrainers which were defective and now I'm struggling to get a refund because I need to return the trainers to Timberlands. I have booked 3 times for a courier who needs to pick up the parcel and Timberland just have booked 2nd time already. 5 times so far!!!! No one is coming, there is no even courier company name given and no specific times given all you got is lovely copy/paste emails from Timberland all about the same. I even used 2nd option which is drop off service and took the parcel to the garage ( 6 miles each way) and the cashier from the shop said that they can't accept parcels with dodgy labels. P.s. labels are printed from Timberland official website.

I received a returned/faulty/display item.

Got some boots half price in the sale: £90 from £180. They're a premium 6 inch shoe, with white and black detail. Let me paint you a picture of what I received! Opened the box, first thing I see is a snagged shoe lace and splatter marks all over both shoes. There's a huge scuff on the toe of one of the boots. The glue job around the bottom of the shoe was really messy. I messaged customer care but have received no response. I tried to call but the phone lines were switched off. I've processed a return but the courier hasn't shown up. I'm so disappointed.

Good service overall

Bought a pair of boots but too small and had to order another pair. Return of the first pair was easy and free.Second pair fit OK and I'm happy with them - excellent quality. Would suggest that Timberland offer two widths, a standard width and a wide fitting.
