Down for the 3rd time in 3 months!!! It was down on 5/27/2025, 7/23/2025, and today (8/18/2025) it's down again!!! The website said that it was undergoing maintenance from August 16, 12:00 AM – August 17, 12:00 AM (EST), but here it is Monday morning and no e-mail!!! I haven't received any e-mail since last Friday!!! TERRIBLE company!!!

Digitalspace email hosting is worse than you can imagine. Imagine an email hosting service so bad that you lose business because of the never ending outages. Now imagine this terrible service with zero customer support. Now you have an idea of what you are in store for with Digitalspace.

DigitalSpace’s response has been and continues to be “our engineers are working to resolve the problem.” The experience has been horrible! I doo not recommend this company for domain and hosting services. Absolutely horrible!
