I would say I am satisfied. Delivery is fast, support is operating and resolving issues, if any appear.Prices could be lower.
I just don't like some minimum limits for adding parts to cart. I had to buy 5pcs X2 capacitors when I need just two. Sometime the minimum limit is 1000pcs, on the other hand I believe they will look at competitors (eg Mouser, DigiKey) and will improve their business also for small customers.read more

I ordered 2 items: 1 for €23 and 1 for €5. Costs for shipping: €5.90.
I transfered the money.They give me a notification the package is on its way. Then they refund me €23.
Appears they have only given me the small €5 item with €5.90 shipping costs, without giving me even the chance to cancel it, and which are useless for me without the other part. They've send me 7(!) emails for one order; none of those indicated that the main object that I needed wasn't available.
I didn't lose a great deal of money, but this is not the way to treat costumers. I feel cheated.
Reading here about the impossibility to get a refund makes that I will never ever use this company again.read more

I'd like to review a purchase but as their site constantly asks me to log in again,which takes minutes, and their misnamed 'Quick Buy' times out when I select it from the menu, times out when I copy and paste my BoM, and repeatedly crashes on uploading the BoM, I can't. "504 Gateway Time-out The server didn't respond in time."
So far several hours wasted trying to set up an order for several hundred parts.
If this changes I will update my review but so far TME are all promises and no action.
Back to Digikey, Mouser, Octopart etc for a working online experience.read more

Ordered some parts for a project and was informed that two items would be delayed which was acceptable to me.Parts that were in stock came quickly but after 5 weeks or so the remainder of the order was cancelled with no reason given. The project could not be completed without the cancelled parts and they are refusing to allow me to return the parts already delivered for a full refund. My advice is to avoid using them and look elsewhere.read more

The most terrible service I have ever experienced with any online store worldwide.Placed the order- all items were in stock. Have got a delivery with half of the items I have ordered. Had to fight for whole week to get refund, but I have got a refund only for missing items- shipping price was charged full 100%. Result: missed timelines on the project, had to order missing items from a different place, pay for shipment again. A person at TME Karol Jablonski was unprofessional to communicate with and have not even apologized for all this mess. I mean maybe it is a good place to order things if all is all right, but if you will run into problems, rise a PayPal dispute immediately, or better stay away from TME, use some other distributor instead.read more

30 days ago i registered return on Paypal now the paypal dispute has ended this company has no cancelation returns or refund policy just delay,buy at your own risk.read more
