I have been using the website for one year. After enough points, exchange them for the prizes available and quite satisfied this website actually pays its users.Surveys are sometimes complicated but you have to be patient to produce and be equipped with interesting game events.

I noticed there was a lack of surveys for a few days so I contacted the help centre.The lady explained why this was and checked my account. She was lovely and so helpful. I think this site is excellent and I am glad to have found it. I have been able to have lots of rewards thanks to this site. Keep up the good work

Over the past few days I've gotten to the end point of several surveys only to be met with a 'Sorry something went wrong!It's not you it's us!' error screen and redirected to the homepage. Waste of time.

I am locked out of my account. I have tried to reset my password but I did not receive any password reset email.Upon reading other people’s reviews, it looks like many other people have been blocked or locked out too, but Toluna won’t tell you why. I contacted them already but no reply so far. Quite disappointed in their service.

Like the other reviewers I was also locked out of my account recently and then noticed I was not receiving any surveys.The site has been on the downward trend since the beginning of Covid-19 with incentives not being paid for completed surveys so I thought I would query why I could not reset my password. I have been a member for many many years so it came as a complete surprise to be told I had been identified as giving false or poor responses or my account was fraudulent. Hmmm, it wouldnt have anything to do with the fact they do not want to pay out for points earned at all , would it.

Was enjoying this survey site when I realised I hadn’t had any surveys for a while....few weeks.....triedto login to be told my details are wrong....and Facebook login disabled......very unsatisfactory......it would be nice if someone could sort this out as I’ve a fair number of points and would like to receive the rewards.

I have been completing surveys for Toluna for quite some time and have collected nearly enough points to make a withdrawal.This weekend I was unable to login as my password was not recognised for some reason. Despite trying to contact them in several occasions the problem has not been rectified. What is the best way to make an official complaint about this site?

After reading the reviews here, I realized that there are far more unsatisfied survey members,than there are of those who are pleased with the way Toluna has handled their members. I decided to go back to my account to read the about information on this company. I found that this company's location is in France(Toluna SAS, 5 avenue du ChĂ¢teau, 94300, Vincennes, France). I really thought this was a U.S based company. I feel that this is another way for foreign entities to scam Americans out of their money, similarly to the instances of UK emails, that tell you; "You may have won something. I have deleted my account, and know from now on to visit the about page first, before engaging with companies.
