Lovely Food and Good Energy
Visited Tonkotsu Shoreditch today. We was greeted by Gifty, who welcomed us with a smile as soon as we walked in. We were seated instantly and she was welcoming and always smiling throughout the whole time we were here. Food came very quickly and the food was 10/10! Would highly recommend this place again! Gifty, you ware great! Keep making the world a better place with your smile!
Tasty Ramen
Warm welcome started the dinner. Food was tasty, especially the kimchi. Loved the chili chicken. Warm ambiance and attentive service. Look forward to my next visit.

However, while the presentation of the special Tokya Ramen was enticing, the portion size left much to be desired, with an abundance of noodles and soup overshadowing the meat. In summary, for those seeking a weekend retreat with a selection of libations, this venue offers a favorable ambiance. Nonetheless, prudent consideration is advised when selecting from the menu, particularly concerning portion sizes.

Good atmosphere, very friendly staff. The ramen was a bit salty, the noodles were nothing out of the ordinary. Everything is clean and tidy
Luke warm and under seasoned
This review is specific to the Finsbury Park branch. It used to be very good but the last couple of times the ramen has not been to a good standard. The soup has been luke warm and under seasoned. We mentioned this to staff and they suggested that the condiments were there to add seasoning but why would we add soy sauce to a miso ramen? The staff were nice but it didn't make much sense to me.

Would stay away from now from the Battersea branch. Reasonable food . Very small and wobbly tables with round foot ,nearly impossible to stabilise . Not that the servers cared. Ordered 3 food items and received only 2. Did not want to kick fuss infront of a lady and paid with out even seen the bill .Requested my bill on the next day via email and phone call. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls - still no bill. Probably afraid to give me an evidence for overcharge.
Don’t buy a gift voucher - it doesn’t arrive!
Bought a Gift Voucher on 14th Dec - absolutely no information as to the format of arrival but to date I have had not received a voucher by post or email. No response to my emails and no telephone contact details. Absolutely no way to track shipment although the email says Track shipping here - but just takes you to the order page. Very stressful and very disappointing experience!
