No refund after a month

Returned something a month ago... I can see from the tracking info that it was delivered at 06:34 onWed 17 Feb and I still haven’t received my refund.
Been trying to contact them via email and they’re just ghosting me. I’ve come to terms that I will never see my money again, but still really annoying how they decided to treat their last few customers.

I finally got in contact with someone who said they would issue me a refund within 5 business days and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not gotten my refund.It feels like I will never get the refund because people keep telling me it should be here and it is not. I think it was all a scam to get me to stop bothering them.

Please becareful Topman.eu all if buying from Topman.eu YOU WILL BE CHARGED CUSTOMS with deliveries to europe ,i recieved an email from topman explaining i still have to pay the customs charge even though the item is being sent to greece ordered from topman.eu ,i dont know how companies get away with this but they are , the email i have from the company states ,all our clothing is in the uk lol (Then dont put topman EU with out a banner right across the front of your site stating you will pay customs )

Complete joke! Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Customer services don’t respond.No warning on website regarding administration at the time of ordering, disgraceful. Hermes tracking says they haven’t even received the package yet which was due with them 8 days ago. I want my order or a refund asap.

Agreed with many of the comments here and they 100% true!!! Topman are stealing peoples money in summary!
I ordered a jumper and managed to click for 2 by accident.I then emailed straight away outlining the mistake and I wanted only 1. They ignored several emails and delivered 2 6 days later. I took the jumper to the local Royal Mail and returned it using the digital downloaded label which is generated from the QR code once you have put your details and order number in online.
Since I have emailed for updates and Topman are refusing to look into whether they have received it and not replying to emails without being chased to which they respond with the same questions to re phrased from the previous email. I have proved them the order number, bank details (matching order), my address and item description to which they simply ignore and say they cannot look into it further until they can receive proof i returned it? I didn’t video my every move that day so how can I demonstrate this and they also didn’t send me an email confirmation once the label had been printed (Royal Mail confirm the QR code was correctly generated).
All Topman need to do it use my details and order number to check to see if the items has been returned without evidence of drop off my side. If you have the parcel there is your evidence but no they are refusing and show no empathy at all and do not want to help.
Avoid this company at all costs they ripping people off and are not interesting in helping you. Scum like behaviour from its people all with rotten attitudes. They know exactly what they are doing and I intend to take this legal to get my money back as that is rightly mine. I have also spoken with Royal Mail who can confirmed it was dispatched from their office to Topman and i have requested tracking details from customer services.
I will keep all updated and post again with Topmans response once Royal Mail have confirmed officially they have it.
Avoid - avoid - avoid. Shop elsewhere. If you find something on their website you need to google it to find another retailer - DO NOT buy from Topman

I've shopped with Topman for around 16 years now and never had a problem, 99% of the time everythingI ordered arrived and more recently returns have been so easy by getting items picked up from home.
I was however disappointed on my final order received yesterday to see a necklace dog tag which was advertised as £30 reduced to £15 actually had a printed sticker on it saying £10 so rather than getting a 50% discount I was actually paying 50% more than I should have done. I then found someone selling the same item on ebay with 3 other chains for 30p less. I checked the label and it matched mine perfectly and also stated £10 price tag.
As the pendant was £30 I assumed it must be sterling silver as they were selling a smaller dog tag in sterling silver for £7.50 and £30 for cheap metal did not seem a very good price to me so I will be returning it having ordered it on ebay for a fraction of the price
I did manage to get a Levi's shirt reduced from £65 to £10.80 so a great final bargain
I was also planning to place an order for a coat but suddenly the website just vanished to be replaced with an Asos home page. It would have been nice to have some warning saying Topman is closing in x hours rather than it just going
I will be sad to see the business go and whilst the brand will continue as part of Asos I think they should have kept the topman website separate as the Asos website is often overwhelming with 30,000+ sale items and their never ending sales which can be active for as little as 2 hours before that offer ends. I can check through a few hundred items each day to see if anything new has been added but not 30,000. Generally with Topman items went into the sale and stayed there until they were all sold and often reduced price multiple times which was sometimes a good thing and other times annoying when you had just bought it thinking its the best price in the sale currently

Ordered on January 10. They said they sent my order the 19, I received a dpd tracking number,and then asendia (not dpd) sent me an email to ask for 10£ of import duties (I live in the EU). I didn't want to pay but they said somebody paid it (supposedly Topman). Then I've had no news so I don't know if it's Topman's fault or asendia, but both custormer services are awful. They simply don't answer and I don't know if I'll ever see my order.
Update : they hadn't paid the export duty so the order came back to them and after a few weeks they finally refunded me ! But still, terrible customer service
