I have to say, a lot of the reviews here are fairly suspect, so I had concerns ordering from Tragic Beautiful and just put in a small order at first.But everything went really well, I received what I ordered quickly and without issue. So it's safe to go ahead and order from them! Highly recommend.

I purchased a pair of creepers for my daughter for Xmas last year which were the last ones on sale butaccidently ordered a size 9M thinking it was a woman's 9 so I had to return them for a smaller size. My daughter usually wore a women's 8-9. Because these were all in men's sizes I had to decide between a men's 6 or 7. I called up and spoke to Mel and she couldn't have been more helpful. I decided on the 6 which she sent to me as soon as the other shoes arrived back. When the 6's arrived they turned out to be too small so I had to send them back and get the 7. Telling Mel that I needed to once again return them because of incorrect size I sort of expected her to be a bit annoyed. Nope! Not only was she not fussed she emailed me a ticket to put on the return package so I didn't have to pay for postage!! As soon as she got the shoes back, the 7 (correct size finally) was in the mail to me that day. I have never had such amazing customer service from any online retailer EVER! Cannot recommend Tragic Beautiful enough. If only all stores could be this good.

I absolutely love shopping with Tragic Beautiful! Their customer service is second to none.They go above and beyond for their customers. I love the VIP group, the staff and fellow customers are great - so friendly and down to Earth! If there's a problem (which is rarely) the staff are on the ball to make the shopping experience a amazing one! I love the variety that caters to many different tastes. The owners and staff actually care about their customers :) Mel has been amazing and been able to order items in from overseas that we otherwise wouldn't of had access to! Great range and have also set up new ventures including makeup (Evil Eye) and skincare (Witchcraft Skincare) ranges which I also love and support. Love them and rarely shop anywhere else x :D
