During lockdown I noticed "Traveling Scam" sell some of their pokemon products at extortionate prices almost double RRP which when questioned their answer was the price was increased due to scalpers..Just a little hypocritical if you ask me.
Anyways I've supported my traveling man before lockdown and when they decided to become greedy during lockdown customers didn't really have much choice im guessing as it was a high in demand time for pokemon which still dosent give a retailer the right to overcharge...
I've noticed they are now restocking some of them products back at retail value, clearly because the initial hype is over and customers aren't falling for scalping prices.
There are plenty of LGS, small and big retailers who have kept prices at retail during lockdown so now we are out of it. Make sure you dont give your customs to "traveling scam" and give your support to other faithful stores!
Plenty around just do some research but don't give your money to this greedy business and let them suffer ?.

Ordered a Manga from Travelling Man recently. First time buying online as usually I just pop into storeand they recognised my name and even wrote a little personalised message in my order which was a lovely personal touch.
The staff are always super helpful, happy to recommend and very cheery.

Cannot praise TravellingMan enough - my Mum had a horrible experience ordering on eBay for Pokemoncards and being completed conned for what she was paying for - so I had to do a last minute search to get Pokemon "stuff" before my Brother's birthday (Wed 12th May 2021). Stumbled upon TravellingMan who had a wide variety of choice, including the most recently released cards @ £3.99 which is the average price for them. I ordered at 7pm on Sunday and shot them a message on Facebook to explain the situation and ask if there was anyway they could make sure the order was with us by Wednesday. They replied, assured me it was being sent 24hr post and that they'd contacted their warehouse to make sure they got it out for me. It arrived on Tuesday (11th May 2021) and I have one very very happy Brother with his cards and selection of Pokemon gashapon! Thank you so much!
