I opened this Trezor as I had liked the variety of altcoins and the type of safety.I bought $52,000 worth of Stellar at an excellent low price and deposited it into Trezor, and three days later, it was all gone! Support did not support, constant emails asking for more "info" for investigation, including malware reports. There is no feedback or updates, and it takes like two weeks to reply after I sent angry emails to demand the status of my Stellar. Stay away from this wallet! My wallet was wiped clean over $52,000 just like that. When I found out that this had been happening to most people, I went on Social Media to call them out. That was when I found out about Blitz Recovery and the fantastic job they have been doing to help people recover funds stolen from them, especially Trezor and the likes, as this is rapidly becoming a rampant story. Please, I beg of you, go on the Blitz recovery website now to report your case. Just send all the transaction details to their support email, and I can assure you that you will get all your money back.

This is my experince with trezor

Reviewed on 2021-05-14T14:02:44

This is my experince with trezor: 1) model ordered: Trezor model T, cost 180€, delivery time 1 month,2) Quality of device: light plastic, seems cheaply constructed, doesn't justify its price especially if you compare it to it's biggest competitor. 3) Setup: during this phase there was no major problem but after I plugged the device in the next time all that appeared was a blank white screen and no responce in communication with the pc (I have tried multiple times). 3. Customer support: ok problems do occur that's why there is customer support right? wrong! I have sent them an email, almost 3 weeks now and nothing, nada. There is a message that says that due to heavy traffic the response might take up to twenty days. What? I would get a faster answer if we lived in the 18th century, in different continents and communicated by traditional mail. Basically if you have a problem you are alone, now I have paid 180€, lost time and I have a dysfunctional device, a very frustrating situation. Before I get a blah blah answer from Trezor I would like to say this: if you have a lot of demand either raise your customer support staff or stop taking orders till you put your pieces together, other competitors of yours have done so! If you don't either you are totally unproffesional or scammers. At this point a replacement of the device would not be a satisfying choice because I have lost my trust in this company but a refund would be best, let's see where this goes. If not I would even consider action by law.

Steaming piece of shi... Trezor T which is darn…

Reviewed on 2021-05-11T07:16:01

I bought the Trezor T which is darn expensive. First it failed to accept my PIN. Granted this could have been me BUT I WROTE IT DOWN 3 TIMES.Anyway I'll assume it was me. Trezor support is totally useless...1 month to get any help but luckily the Aus resellers were very helpful and showed me how to wipe it back to square 1...good. Now it's all working, I plug it in, open the bridge on a browser, try to transfer some crypto and I get an error about "the device has entered inconsistent state, please send the application logs to our support. " I click the link and there is nowhere to send it...it's a main directory....plus support is useless..I am still waiting on my last issue from a few weeks back. So, this steaming piece of sh** is useless to me. You almost need a maths degree to use it on the bridge (which is really unintuitive), and the user experience has been awful. I regret buying it and I will now start up my car and run over it until it is ground to small pieces. I know it is early days into crypto, but there's got to be an easier way that this for cold storage. I do not trust Trezor to work, and I am NOT sending my crypto to it...god knows what will happen to it! For now I feel safer leaving my coins on reputable exchanges. I tried!!

Purchased the Trezor Model T wallet a…

Reviewed on 2021-05-01T18:10:14

EDIT: Thank you Trezor for replying. For anyone wondering why you can't see your crypto in the hardware wallet itself,it's because you'll likely find it on the Trezor Suite (a separate desktop app that you need to download), although they do not make this explicitly clear upon purchasing/setting up this device therefore leading to confusion and frustration. In the initial correspondence it appeared that the customer service staff didn't read the email we sent properly or actually look at the screenshots we provided and that's why the case was considered "closed". We can now see and have access to our bitcoin. This has been an ongoing frustration since March and are now delighted to have it back although we have lost out some what due to this wait. Purchased the Trezor Model T wallet a few months ago after reading it was "supposed" to be the best hardware wallet on the market and now we have No Bitcoin! We transferred over bitcoin to the wallet only to go on a week later to find it had disappeared! It was 100% on the wallet as we triple checked it at the time of transfer. The support webpage said it could have been an update issue so we transferred what cryptocurrency we had on the device to a different wallet and wiped it to get rid of the update that supposedly caused the issue of us not being able to see our bitcoin. Once back on and connected our account to it, surprise surprise NO BITCOIN THERE! We then sent in a ticket for support and got the standard "we will reply within 20 days" however we didn't receive a reply until well over 30 days after we initially sent the ticket. The reply we did receive asked us to check everything we had already done so we replied with the answers alongside some screenshots. Today, we have just received an email stating that Trezor has closed the ticket because it had been resolved. I can tell you now that it 100% has NOT been resolved. Honestly the worst customer service we have ever received! Oh and Trezor: our ticket number is 62216 if you wouldn't mind replying.

I never got past "Connect your device"

Reviewed on 2021-04-28T20:17:24

I never got past "Connect your device". The site asked me to download something called "Bridge" which did not help.Even if spent the next hour troubleshooting the issue, would I really be comfortable sending my money to this thing after that?! Not a chance in hell! what happens when my money is in limbo and this thing starts acting up. Totally disgusted. People say use these things because they are safe. I'm safer leaving my money on the GD crypto exchange hot wallet!!
