I left a review a few reviews down and I am just updating on my situation. I still would not recommend this place at all.But I did get my problem solved, only after being hung up on like 6 times, but finally a young man helped me and solved my problem. I thank him so much because customer service is the worst at this company and he was such a helpful person. Either way I had a bad experience with this dealer and I wouldn’t personally recommend given that they have also put false information on my daughters credit, but we’ll have to work that out on our own to fix her credit.

We get a Dodge Ram 2015 good looking truck but woooo not even a week and the a/c was not working I live in Texas and you need f...a/c here so I call the dealer they said no worries everything will be taking care now the transmission started to mess up what a good deal now they said that the warranty may not cover that they got me f... up this mother f... not even two months and already this b...is giving you problems and now no warranty may not cover that that’s a 25,000 dollar car and warranty I need my money back they can keep that s.... they all are a layer all they want is to sell and that it if anyone wants to gather against this company let me know please I don’t recommend tricolor to no body they are trashy

Tri Color sold three cars to someone that was using my identity. Since this company sold 3 cars,at 3 different times to the same people, I can only assume that they knew it was not a legitimate transaction . I only found out because it came out on my credit report and is hampering me in securing a mortgage. Will never go there and will not recommend. I plan on filing a police report right away and report to BBB. C. Garcia
