If I could give a zero I would. I have been trying to contact this company for an order that I purchased 3 months ago.NO ONE answers. I have had to spam their Instagram account to get an answer!! That’s ridiculous!! They took my money and haven’t given me all of the products I’ve paid for. I’m through the roof mad. This company is ridiculous. AND they have a lawsuit against them because the products they are claiming are vegan actually aren’t. If you want to be robbed definitely buy from this brand because they know how to do it.

Their products look cute and smell good, but that's about it. I've tried 3 different products and noneof them were as great as all the hype surrounding them.1 product had barely anything in the jar and the shave butter provided zero moisture and I ended up with cuts all over my legs. Glad I gave it a try, but will not be reordering anything from their website.

READ before ordering! If damaged you will not get a replacement! No customer service!!!

On my 1st order I had purchased 3 items and 1 was damaged, my 24K black scrub. I contacted the deliveryinsurance and submitted a claim with pictures and they just washed their hands and said it was truly’s warehouse responsibility as it looked like they packaged an item that was damaged at the warehouse. I then tried to contact Truly’s customer service so I called and called and called and left multiple messages and ultimately emailed customer service and received a poor response. Then I left a bad review here for lack of response and poor customer service and came across an email and name as replies from Truly Beauty to all the other bad reviews so I proceeded to forward my horrible response by their customer service to that email and finally!!!! got a response from that person and received a great response at first only. He offered to replace my damaged item quickly which was what I originally wanted after waiting for my first order to begin with then he even made it a pleasant experience by offering 30% off my next purchase! I was impressed but for a short time. Let’s just say I REALLY waited for that replacement and it NEVER came and once I looked up the tracking it showed as canceled and DO NOT TRUST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STILL DO NOTHING! I had to contact them multiple times after the it was supposedly fixed so I contacted them once again to ask if they were sending a replacement or not so I can just return it all after waiting for almost 3 weeks for one replacement!!! I was over it at this point!. I received a response to my request of a tracking number or an answer and let say I got a short response as if they were doing me a favor and now they provided a NEW tracking number for my long waited replacement! So know this! The fix on replacing my damaged item by their customers service was not sent in the first place it was canceled! DO NOT TRUST THEM I waited so long for something they said they sent out and they just cancelled with no regard or to even contact me to let me know it wasn't coming! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! Almost 3 weeks later after complaining and they don't care if you are waiting for your stuff!. You would think since they send me a damaged item and took forever to get a response and Receiving a horrible resolution at first they would at least apologize and say I’m sorry for waiting this long and having a bad experience overall but you should have your replacement ASAP etc.. Right???? but noooooo!!! at the end of all this, I was over it at this point and done fighting. After receiving my long waited replacement I decided to give them 2nd chance as I did receive my replacement after all so purchase once again to give them a 2nd chance and to really see if this is just bad luck of my first order or this is really a bad company and just takes your money with guaranty great products as they claim. I placed a new order and was hoping to start fresh and thinking this will be a new experience. Since my 2nd order was way bigger I had higher hopes and was more excited! Until I received my second shipment and this is what I received; my BlueBerry Kush scrub was melted with oil all over the bubble wrap and halfway out of oil in it, my blueberry body oil was half open and oil all over the bubble wrap and unfortunately for me this 2 items were not the only things but 1 of the serums was spilled as well! I thought wow... again... I’ll just take my losses and let this $260+ be all the money that goes towards this company even tho I love the packaging and the product itself. After how they handled one damaged item and how long it took to Receive ONE replacement for my first order it is not worth paying that much for it to come damaged, lose product in the process and get horrible customer service as if they are doing you a favor to fix their own bad packaging and on top of it all you are just not getting really what you are paying for. They lost a customer with me and I'm a big skincare person and loyal customer but I'm probably not gonna bother to spend big here. After spending this long to write this might as well copy this and review it on other sites so people are aware what they are really getting is not as what they are paying for. I wish I had read all the other bad reviews first but after even a 2nd chance I can see how they really don't care to make it right or replace damage Items. I won't place my money or hopes here to appreciated. FYI I was contacted by their customers service after this review and receive no response once again in regard of them supposedly replacing my 3 damaged items from my second order so once again DON'T TRUST THEM FIXING ANYTHING! Know When you order something will come damage and it will NOT get replaced and even if it does you WILL fight and wait and be prepared to be very frustrated.

The products itself?? Great! But everything else?? Not worth it! Half the items you order will be broken,leak, melted, or have mold or bugs in them. And then getting a hold of customer service!? GOOD LUCK. Customer service is the worst. They do the bare minimum, even with pictures and proof the best they can do is give you a $4 refund for a broken glass with $30 product inside!! Mold in a product? They deny it and make up other excuses. Bug in the jar? With legs? “That’s an ingredient” definitely worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

My mom ordered about $250 dollars worth of products off the Truly website back in January.She has yet to receive them or even a tracking number. She kept getting the run around from the company for the first couple months and then they completely went silent when she kept asking for the tracking number. After multiple emails that were ignored she finally disputed the charges with her bank and got her money back. That sucked but didn't completely turn me away from the company because i LOVED the products. No one is perfect and mistakes happen, I would just buy from Ulta from then on. Until this next thing happened. I let them know the issue she had with not getting her items on their Facebook group and pointed out a few more people in the comments who had the same issue but somehow their comments dissappeared. I check my comment and come to find out they MUTED me and took away my ability to post until June. Instead of just reaching out to address the issue. I was never rude to them, I just wanted to know why it was happening so often, and if it was due to being out of stock or website glitches. I did message them to see why that happened and their only answer was that the company doesn't run the page.. Which is a lie because they are listed as an admin and post quite often as admin, you can see for yourself. I did some research and found a LOT of people who had the same issue that felt like they were scammed and who ALSO had their ability to post on their Facebook or Instagram turned off or blocked from the group after speaking up. I'm not sure about you, but this is some pretty unprofessional and shady behavior on their half.

First order didn't receive an item from my bundle and it's been ridiculous. The customer service line is never answered,just goes to voicemail. Email responses are sarcastic and passive aggressive but not passive. Contacted exec team and nothing. The "Daniel" VP of Marketing is a social media farce to give the impression they care. My order was almost $400 and they couldn't even be bothered with addressing the missed item which is clearly missing on the pull slip in my package. Get it together. I should've have to jump through hoops to spend my money. Don't let their response fool you. I already had reached out to info@ and support@ and the fake daniel@ on this site the same day I placed this review 4 days ago). I have received absolutely nothing. They can't answer the phone or respond to emails but you can reply to trustpilot reviews. Don't order from them!!!!! I've disputed the charge since I didn't receive what I paid for and they've gone dark with responding. Frauds!!!!!!!!!

I'm from Italy and my package was sent on April 12th and today, May 8th it hasn't arrived yet,apparently it is still in belgium, I tried to contact the customer service and all they could tell me that it is still in transit, I was super excited to try their products but now i'm really nervous as i spent more than 100 euros. i think their products are cool but the shipping is totally disorganized, i don't think i will buy again
