This place is a complete and udder scam. I order my contacts over a month ago and still have not received them.I reached out to customer service via email on several different occasions. I received a very half ass response each time and they refuse to refund my money. I have given up trying at this point but I have alerted the federal trade commission to this...PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Don't go near them. If they get their hands on your details you will NEVER get rid of them.No matter how many times you unsubscribe from them spamming you or how many times you email them to stop using your data they will just keep spamming you.

Amazing customer service through their facebook page messaging! I ordered a few pairs of contacts I loved!I definitely recommend from the Natural line the Polar Lights collection and HD collection, amazing dupe of highly priced lenses like Desio. I had an issue with one of my contacts out of three pairs having a small rip and mentioned that to them via Facebook and they did not hesitate to ask if my shipping address was the same to send me another pair of the same lenses free of charge. Shipping isn’t a crazy wait like most affordable contact websites in my experiences, with TTDEYE you can expect 2-4 week max shipping wait with their free shipping, which is not bad at all, they have amazing bundle prices for buying more than one pair at a time as well which I definitely recommend! Overall, I love this website, their customer service, dedication to customers and especially their quality products, will continue purchasing. ❤️

My experience has been horrible. My emails have been in a language I can’t read.The customer service is non existent when I try to contact them. I will not be ordering from them again. Save your time and money I waited over three weeks for my package and I could not get any updates during the process. The worst.

I absolutely love my contacts, I have placed two orders already and will be buying more.They are very comfortable and easy to put in and take out. The shipping was quick and the price is amazing. I have bought many colored contacts before and they never fully covered my dark brown eyes, these contacts completely covers my natural color even the lightest color comes right through. I adore these contacts, they are the first I ever wore. The shipping is slow but it's to be expected.I don't understand the negative reviews or reviews that it's a scam site. The price is so reasonable. I've ordered twice now this year and think the cases and extra stuff sent is adorable.

TTDEYE is an amazing contact lenses brand. The lenses are very high-quality, especially since they last for about a year or so (if you care of them properly).Not sure about these other reviews, because some people have not taken the time to research on how to buy, wear, and care for contact lenses. Many people are scared to buy from TTDEYE because of the girl who “ripped off her cornea” from wearing the contact lenses. But she posted a Tik Tok video stating that, she herself, decided to wear the lenses even though they were expired and had put them in incorrectly. TTDEYE is very clear, but people don’t bother to take time to read. I hope some of y’all know that one brand isn’t for everyone, that’s the whole reason why TTDEYE isn’t the only contact lens brand out there. And for some people, contact lenses just aren’t for them. I bought lenses from them twice now, the Euramerican and Iris Grey-Blue II ones and I’ve had absolutely no problem. The lenses are beautiful as well, they look very natural and fit my eyes perfectly. Shipping time was reasonable especially since it’s coming from China and packages have to go through customs. Customer service was great, they responded to my emails quickly considering the amount of orders they get everyday. Y’all really need to start being considerate, because there’s nothing wrong with this brand. It’s just not made for some people because contact lenses are not a one-size fits all.
