TUI will steal your money

ATTENTION ! TUI shows the middle finger and avoids contact from the moment you transfer the entire sumto them - even if they are not able to fulfill the contract. They cancelled my vacation 9 days before flight saying that hotel is not available and they refuse to give money back. They even refuse to change the date to date when hotel will be available and refuse to give a voucher. They simply stole money !!

My booking was cancelled with the explanation that they will operate smaller amount of hollidays but when I tried to change with another I saw same holliday available,in same hotel but for higher price. Nobody answer phones or chat to explain. Very disappointed!

Want to actually give zero stars, but won't allow me. They do not care about their customers,their customer service is appalling, keep being put on hold, cut off or just keep on ringing. You would think you would be able to goninto a highstreet branch but no they say that if you book on-line you need to phone!!! They change their policies to suit their business. They are a shame, no holiday and no refund. I will never , never use them again. In fact we should ALL take them to court. This is a true statement of how I have been treated.

What a joke taking people hard earn money and holding us to ramsum. Booked 2019 for June 2020 through I was doing the right thing by moving to June 2021.Wow was I wrong...Never again will Tui have my money crooks..Jet 2 all the way given people a date when they hope to start back up ...Tui you should be ashamed of yourself.

Very disappointed with this company. Booked a holiday for Tenerife in Oct 2020 at a cost of £5,818.92,we were to fly Aug 2021, holiday was booked to celebrate a family members special birthday and was booked by different family members. We booked thinking the deposit was £50 per person £200 for a family of 4 but as we had added luggage, cars and upgraded our rooms, we were told our deposit was £300, which was non- refunable, this is normal practice so we were happy to pay this. We were then told to make another payment of £500 in Jan 2021, thats a total of £800 and our balance of £5.018.92 was due in May 2021. Then COVID happened and everything was put on hold, other than us having to pay for our holiday, we phone TUI to asked for advice and to see if we could move our holiday to 2022, we were told that we would have to pay £50 per person to change the date and were told to wait until the 12th of April, when we would be able to move our holiday for free, this we did, only to then be told we still had to pay £50 but also the increased price of the holiday, this just seemed so unfair. We spoke to a agent on the phone who was only reading what shes been told to say, we felt that we had no choice but to cancel the holiday altogther, so we then asked about getting money back, we thought we should have been able to get the £500 back. But we were then told that we were not entitled to get anything back as our deposits had really been £200 each, I explained to the agent that at no time was we ever told this. I pointed out that the T.V advert clearly states book now for £50 per person, therefore its misleading people who book in good faith and through no fault of their own end up losing money. So I have spoken to an agent and a manager who have been completely unable to help and sent an email to TUI which was unable to be delivered I really feel that TUI have not dealt with this in a professional manner. The whole experience with TUI has left a very bitter taste with myself and I am very disappointed in the way the whole issue has been dealt with. I am sorry to say that I would never use them again and we not recommend them.

I booked hotel via CHECK24 from Tui. I got a mail 1 month before my vacation that they cancelled my holiday without a reason but for my safety.:) but they sell still the same hotel for the same date with higher price. This company is even so desperate to use Corona as an excuse to cancel your booking to sell more expensive price... I have screenshots and proofs and go to sue them. I needed holiday to get rid of my stress but they gave me one more.

Tui is the worst holiday company ever I amended my holiday from last August to this August on tui advice im now being charged a further £242 on top of the £2300 iv already paid.Iv a total of over £4000 in holidays booked with tui and can't take. Tui u should be looking after ur loyal customer s because u will lose them all u seem to want is more money. Ur phone lines are crap waiting times of over a hour then ur put through to someone reading off a pre prepared script get a grip. I will be getting a refund wen possible and never to book again

Trying to amend flights is practically impossible. Once they have your money they don’t care!Terms and conditions attached with booking confirmation take you to their website which doesn’t give you any information. Getting through to customer service takes at least an hour, when I got to speak to an operative I was told that I needed to pay a 70% amendment fee!! Extortionate and when I said this was disgusting i was told all you can do is to fill in a complaint form. Would never recommend this company to anybody wanting a hassle free travel experience
