I replied to the support ticket email where it said to place any further questions but was never answered.I found the information I needed to takedown my release on the tunecore support info page and followed the instructions. But when I contacted support for further questions they gave me the loop around. I was concerned about capitalization format on an acronym in my EP title for the resubmission changes I’m currently finalizing but I never got a reply and they sent me to the info page witch helps me take down my release... I did that and you didn’t help me proceed with my question? But they sure sent that review link right away! Very dissatisfied.read more

In my one year of TuneCore distribution I haven't had any major issues. They are a reliable distributor,and post payments monthly. Withdrawing funds is straightforward and simple.
I just learned about a place called OneRPM. They take 15% of royalties, whereas TuneCore pays 100%. But unlike TuneCore, they have artist marketing services available, for select artists showing growth potential.
So TuneCore is probably the best distributor for most artists, but artists displaying serious growth in their careers, looking to expand, might check out OneRPM as a side gig, to use jointly with TuneCore.read more
