Turing review of working in the pre-sales team

Reviewed on 2021-05-18T17:29:45

Hey, I’m from Croatia. I’m part of the Turing Pre-sales team and my work includes connecting developers with jobs, through onboarding and matching. I would like to share my Turing review to give you some insight into how remote work experience would be like. People working at Turing are great, dedicated, fun, and very helpful. Working with Turing.com gives me space to be myself, I love the flexibility and the fact that I can work from anywhere. Besides the advantage of working remotely (no need to drive to work, savings in time, and eco and sustainable advantage), we are an inclusive community, taking care of each individual in this challenging time, focused on the result, but with a lot of fun. We're always celebrating and appreciating the team as a whole. If you are joining the Turing company, be open to new opportunities and be yourself :)

Good experience as a technical recruiter at Turin

Reviewed on 2021-05-15T04:56:24

I am a Turing.com Technical Recruiter. I conduct live coding, fast track interviews for the Turing developer candidates and update the result for next steps.I enjoy the flexible and at most work life balance. This is a very good company to work full time remote. No politics, ethical environment and lots of encouragement from team members. My team is placed across the world and is a very talented team, happy to work with them. I’m interacting and finding world’s top talent on daily basis and building boundary less network.

Why Turing.com is an amazing place to work at!

Reviewed on 2021-04-29T12:54:16

My role mainly requires me to write blogs, work on scripts for videos and conduct interviews. The best part about Turing is the flexibility it provides with time and the fact that I do not have to step out for work. I save a lot of time that would otherwise go in commute and utilize that in taking time out for myself and my hobbies. One thing that really troubled me in a non-remote job was the fact that I had to get up at least about a couple of hours before the office would begin to get ready and leave for work. At times, it would take about an hour to book an Uber due to the surge in demand for a cab in the early hours of the day. Traffic was another issue. Other than that, the flexibility of time was also a problem. I would not get time to work on my hobbies or skill-sets. Turing has helped me overcome these issues. The flexibility it provides has helped me manage my time better. Working remote has always been a dream, and now that I can work from anywhere, I'd rather work from a hill station than from a cubicle. Honestly, if you're super skilled in your field of work, there is nothing else you need to worry about. In fact, once you join the organization, you are going to have a lot of fun (apart from work, of course)!

I work as an onboarding/matching…

Reviewed on 2021-04-29T10:14:05

I work as an onboarding/matching specialist (i.e. help onboard and match Turing developers) at Turing.com.The flexibility, the privilege not to commute to work is great. You don't have to worry about questions like Why don't I have any free time for myself? What will I cook for my family today? When will I have time to wash clothes or tide the house? The ability not to commute gave me extra time for all those things. But also to be more with my family. I bet everyone can also find few more advantages to this. You have to know that work here is also hard, fun, thrilling and you can learn a lot. Be proactive, open, enthusiastic and bring the best version of yourselves.

Remote First Company that Cares

Reviewed on 2021-04-27T14:52:00

I'm based in Utah, USA. I primarily manage the CEO's calendar, help with the executive recruiting process,as well as perform miscellaneous business-related tasks. I feel lucky that my superiors care about my personal growth and development and work/life balance so much. It's a truly great place to work at. If you find Turing's remote work culture interesting, I'd say give it a shot and apply to become one of us. If it doesn't work out, come back later and try again, because we're all about providing opportunities to those that normally wouldn't have them.

I am working with Turing as a Recruitment specialist. The cultural diversity and the exposure here is great. With the people working from different parts of the world, everyday is a new learning experience here. You get to learn a lot from everyone working. I've realized that working with Turing has actually made my life easier. Wherein it has improved my productivity and made me more disciplined in my normal as well as professionals life. Non-remote job had been quite a different for me. Turing is different in every aspect be it the work culture, projects, exposure. I would say if you really want to land a high profile job with global exposure that too while sitting at your home and saving the cost of reallocating, then a Turing job might be right for you.
