Through respecting and valuing children and young people's own perceptions and evaluations of their situations and experiences we aim to support them in discovering their own solutions and achieving their full potential. We will actively involve children and young people in the design of our services through on-going consultation and evaluation. Holistic Approach We will aim to provide a holistic, socially orientated approach to emotional well-being and mental health that reflects the principles of youth work and therapy. This model emphasises the person's capability for personal and interpersonal growth via greater self-awareness and understanding. It aims to meet the needs of the whole person.
