I am beyond frustrated with Ubiquity…

I am beyond frustrated with Ubiquity product support!!! I am having a problem with my UDM; however,Ubiquiti's support team will not help. They said that I need to get help from the "user community" because I am running a "beta" version. The problem is Ubiquity automatically pushed the beta version to my device, I didn't install it!

+Nice +Sleek-looking +Professional level capabilities +Very inexpensive compared to other vendors onthese levels +No licensing +Less complicated web GUI -I miss the support they had before -The CLI is so extensive that a newbie will get lost in there I have bought multiple network elements from Ubiquiti and I'm quite happy with the hardware. The problem with Ubiquiti is that their hardware is so extensive that I think the public can't handle the amount of options and have too many questions which overwhelms their support capabilities. As a Network Administrator I rarely need to contact their support teams. That is what has kept me happy with their hardware since other vendors like Cisco, Aerohive, Juniper, ArubaNetworks, Meraki... they will all kill your pockets to buy. And then you also need to pay for licenses.

Ubiquiti has to be one of the worst companies to get support for their highly complicated products or talk to anyone about an order of their products. On the flip side,their products are great but buying on or getting help with them is TERRIBLE!

I have used these products for past few years and honestly really like them. If they could figure out their support,nothing could stop them. Support is absolutely embarrassing. It is honestly the worst support I have contacted in my 22 years in IT. I have contacted them regularly in past few years and I keep hoping it will get better but it seems to be going the wrong direction. Total joke.

UniFi house network is overall a great joy

Replaced my private house network with UniFi USG, Switches, APs and IPCams - it works like a charm andmanagement is some of the best I've seen in my private time and my professional carrier in IT (22+ years) - at the cost naturally. They do not appear as customer service orientered as they should and could benefit from - including on their online forums. Pity - the actual customers generally know what they want and if the company listened - well - the sky is the limit.

Received my product, though needed to raise some queries with customer support in relation to my order.Waited over a week to receive an obnoxious email response from them, to which I replied, though I have not received a response back. Should of checked the reviews on this platform prior to purchasing, EU support is practically nonexistent, do not buy any products from this company.

Ordered from Ubiquiti store 12 days ago - with a £2000 order they said I'd get in 2 days.I've emailed them 4 times and had no reply and no goods. I've used Broadbandbuyer.com many times (I have about 50 bits of Ubiquiti/Unifi kit) and they've always been next day - and gutted that I changed.

Europe store customer service does not…

Europe store customer service does not exist. The only way to communicate for online store orders is via email and the support portal.Both seem to receive responses initially and are then ignored. I have sent countless messages to them to obtain a refund on a list parcel (another UPS blunder) nothing in response. To be fair to UPS they have raised a list parcel claim, but only Ubiquiti can claim it! Buy from a local dealer and avoid the online store.
