The parent company Decker Outdoor have used a trademark on a GENERIC boot style, to bully,intimidate and sue for the big dollar. UGG is a generic term, it is not a trademark. Further, the Trademark "UGG Australia" does not represent the origin of anything other than the origin of the term "UGG" As a bully corporate body, filled with greed and dominance, I appeal to all purchasers to abandon the Decker Deception, for their Made in China rip offs, while they rip off the rest of the world, to top quality, Australian Made with Australian Wool, GENUINE UGG BOOTS. Similar quality Uggs sold by Decker, are sold by our $2 shops in Australia.

Purple sandals instead of pink boots

I ordered my 94yo mom a pair of pink ugg boots with cherry blossoms size 11 for Mother’s Day.When she opened the box they sent purple ugg cloud sandals in purple size 7.5. How does this mistake happen? I contacted the company and all they said they could do is send me a return label and I could reorder. When I looked online, there were no more of this specific boot to purchase. So not only did I have to spend time contacting the company regarding their mistake, and go to the trouble of returning the wrong item, the original boots I ordered and received a confirmation order number for no longer exist. Now I have a disappointed 94 yo mom on her special day. I really felt no one cared at all. I will not purchase from this company again. A disappointing fiasco.

Don’t seem to be able to process an exchange even though offered

This could have been a great experience but I ordered slippers which arrived promptly, well packaged etc.I just didn’t like the colour so sent them back for EXCHANGE requesting black instead. This is where it went wrong. I returned them back on the 6th April and chased their customer services up about my EXCHANGE - now it’s 18th and still no slippers and just happened to be going through my credit card statement to notice a refund from Ugg a number of days ago. Zero communication. No exchange provided. Just refunded. Not good and I’ve lost my initial sign up discount for first purchases.

The online experience is BUYER BEWARE, for sure. I made an error in the quantity for a gift I purchased being shipped to a friend for her birthday.Within seconds of the order, I contacted UGG to request the quantity be changed from 2 to 1 ($100 item). They flat refused and sent me a ridiculous response that included how to return the item - which I had JUST explained was not being shipped to me. In the end, they offered no assistance beyond "tough luck". There is no warning to buyers about this during the purchasing process. Make SURE your order is perfect before you complete because they will NOT help you with any errors. Never again will buy an UGG product. The 2nd order I placed to day for myself will be returned for a refund without even opening. I cannot give a company like this my money.

I ordered a shoe from Ugg’s warehouse and they only sent me one shoe. Now the shoe is out of stock.Customer service was know help at all what so Ever. Only a 40 dollar discount. I should get a Free sandal, very unprofessional and Don’t care if they mess up your order. This the second time I had a issue with this place. Do better people are spending there money. It took over 5 days to get them. One left shoe but know right shoe and Now it’s not in stock, what a way to do people. Wow
