Words cannot express how UK Fast has helped us today. We were down in the dumps with websites offline.Our previous hosting provider was a shambles providing Dedicated Servers not fit for purpose.
UK Fast has transformed us in less than a day, new Dedicated Server (that actually works), plenty of support with account managers and tech support, even their documentation is informative. If there’s a problem I can talk to someone because they actually care.
Pick up the phone and talk to these guys you won’t regret it.

Your service has become an absolute joke over the last 12-18 months. Performance of servers going off a cliff,support staff not being able to support basic queries and fobbing off requests to nonsense information that doesn't relate to the problem and never actually solving the problem. Accounts team quite frankly seem to be just making up the invoices these days, the amount of invoice queries I've had to raise recently is ridiculous, it really isn't that hard to raise an accurate invoice with correct information on.
I will be moving all services away from UK Fast in the very near future. And based on the degradation of the performance of the servers we have with you, I'd offer a suggestion to your marketing team for a rebrand to UK Slow.
This is a real shame as I used to highly rate UK Fast and recommend you to everyone. This has changed in recent years as you've just lost the plot as a company. Having been with UK Fast for approximately 6+ years, it's a shame to have to write this.

Really horrible experience.
UKfast have treated us completely unfair considering our 15 years presence with UKfast.
Very unfair prices.Almost 5 times of market availability.
Please do not buy UKfast server as it is a complete rip off. Their contract will destroy you.

As someone that has worked with multiple hosting companies over the last 25 years I have a good understanding of the market and what is good service and value for money.A client I have been working with has a number of sites on 1 overpriced server which constantly has issues. Every time there is a problem we notice it first and have to contact UKfast to ask what is happening despite the client paying over £1,000+vat for 'Advanced Support' packages. We are then told 'we' have to fix the issue or pay extra and when quizzed why the 'Advanced Support' package doesn't include this work are fobbed off or find it quicker to fix it myself. On numerous occasions I have checked the server to find issues with not only old versions of software on it but 'end of life' versions opening it up to all manner of potential hacking and abuse. All-in-all I would not recommend them for even a 5 page personal blog let alone a mission critical website and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for a better hosting provider.

Very Impressed, wish I had used UKFast years ago!
Moved to UKFast June 2020. This is my 3rd server partner in nine years and all I can say is they are brilliant.What makes the difference by a Country mile and some is UKFast Support. Pick up the phone and within seconds you are speaking with a very knowledgeable and technical expert who resolves the issue and goes the extra mile by recommending settings / actions that will avoid reoccurrence of the issue.
Example: For the past six years I was with another server farm on a dedicated server and support package. In the URL bar of one of my sites was the words "Not Secure" in front the site address. We tried dozens of times with the old server provider to get this issue resolved but they failed. It took UKFast Support two minutes to solve the issue - impressive!!!
Don't make the same mistake I did six years ago...... At this time I was moving server due to poor service and UKFast and another provider where the final short list. I went with the cheaper (not by much), other provider option as their site boasted that they had won "XYZ" awards for service customer support etc etc (Fake?). Don't be fooled, the support service we received was extremely poor you could never get hold of anyone, it was all ticket based, and the solutions often did not work which meant sometimes the server was off line for several days. So much for awards and a cheaper price, Not cost effective in the long run.
My advice its UKFast always.

Terrible customer service, have tried to be patient have not used the services paid for and have spent better part of a year trying to get out of contract.Now that contract has expired they are still trying to charge me pro rata as they have processed the cancellation request a week late.
Use Linode much cheaper better customer service and when your needs change they can change with you.

UK fast is not a company as you think , BEWARE before signing up and they will be good and fine until you pay them on time.In the event of disaster they will not help or assist you ,or think of alternative ways. We were running our services with 1-2% for the last 7 months and still managed to pay UK fast but unfortunately we missed 3 payments and now the financial director sent a notice to close down or pay all in full. How can a company afford to pay in full in this crisis. I am sure they would have got the BBL and all sort of loan from the Gov . They have nothing to help SMEs and behave like loan sharks of Manchester. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN SIGNING UP WITH LARGE FEEL GOOD FIRMS .
