Apparently they no longer allow you to pick up your orders.This is not made apparent on the website so we placed an order and sent a courier to pick it up. They had the order ready and wouldn't give it to our courier. They said they could send it on their courier and we would receive it that afternoon. Well, we didn't receive it. They aren't apologetic and really didn't have a caring attitude that I didn't receive my order that I needed today. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

I am very impressed with the customer service that I received from Uline. I called them about a "missing" chair after 4:30pm last night.By the time I came in to work this morning, I had a credit invoice for the "missing" chair and an invoice for a new shipment. I "found" the chair and contacted Uline again. They were so friendly and it was no problem at all for me to decline the new chair that they attempted to deliver at 11:30am. I will definitely use Uline again.

I've had several complaints over the years but most recently my issue is with their lack of product description.For instance, my company purchased a couple dozen hand sanitizer stations due to Covid and they did not work. Why? Because the Uline did not mention that they did not come with AC adaptors to plug the stations in, but they did come with batteries!!! Well batteries are not strong enough to power the station so it will only dispense product when it's first turned on ONLY. So for this HANDS FREE station, you have to turn it off and on WITH YOUR HANDS if you need sanitizer. I spent hours trying to get info from them about it and was even willing to purchase the adapters needed for the stations but the person kept me on hold for over an hour "looking for the order number" and eventually I had to hang up because I had work to do. Now the station isn't even available for purchase through Uline. Well I have a couple dozen they are more than welcome to buy back. Although honestly they aren't good for anything besides a door stopper, and even then it has to be a very weak and lightweight door. 0/10 for customer service

Have called several times over the years to ask them to stop sending catalogs. Each time they promise no more catalogs will be sent.Each time more and more catalogs are sent jamming our business and personal mailboxes. It's ridiculous and disrespectful. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

BEST COMPANY EVER. Im blown away by this company. Ive been using them for about a year,and their shipping is reliable and always only 1 day. Today I placed a large order and then realized I needed to add more items so I called, they have FANTASTIC customer service. 24 hr/ 365 days a year with literally no hold/wait time. Not even 0.2 seconds went by before a very nice lady picked up, immediately assisted me and then asked if I would like to switch my order to freight shipping and that saved me $60 in shipping cost. In the past I have also returned items I no longer needed, it was a very simple process. On top of all this, you get to choose your free gifts with almost every order! I highly recommend Uline.

Bought an item and accidently got the wrong size. When I contacted their HR department to see if I could swap it out for the right one instead,they double charged me for the wrong and right size and then charged me full price to return the wrong sized item.

First off they refused to take debit because if Covid so they canceled my order. I reordered it thenext day for pick up at 3pm with my prepaid credit card I have.
I go to pick it up at 5 and there was a problem abs they needed to contact credit. After 15 min of standing around (seems dangerous with covid) so I called there help line myself. They said I needed I'd and to show my credit card. I forgot my ID and let them know I.wouls go get it. After about 30 min now they said I don't need ID, everything is good. I would just have to wait a hour for them to get my order together... No thank you. They don't care about covid safety or they wouldn't of got me to wait in the wear house for a hour. I just don't get how they refuse cash or credit for our safety but I can sit there and wait while they wait for my order they forgot. Companies prices aren't even low why would I put up with this.
