I'm very happy and impressed with my Unagi E450 scooter. I was happy to pay extra than most other scooters as I live on a very,very steep hill, so I required one with stronger power. The scooter glides up the hill easily at a steady 9-11 mph , which is only a bit less than its optimum of 16 mph on flat roads. Simple and easy to set up. Also its a sleek and fancy design. It folds easily and unlike most other e-scooters that I have seen it folds straight as opposed to those that have that slight triangular peak from the slanting bar in the structure.

I've been riding the E450 for three months and covered 350kms. I weigh 85kgs. It's already making a loud grating sound from both wheels so has been booked in to be repaired.If you weigh more than 50kgs this scooter is not for you. I've only ever had it set in mode 3 on two wheel drive set in any other mode and it's not worth riding. On any incline no matter how steady you'll be pushing it as much as riding it as the motors torque fades rapidly. The range is stated at 25kms but I'm lucky to get 8kms. Also, once the battery drops below 50% the motors have very little torque. The electric brake is fine unless you need to stop for a hazzard. If anything pops out in front of you you'll hit it, no question. If the surface is bumpy when you apply the brake, the hand position is such that you can't hold on properly and the bars are shaken from your hands and you're off. There is a foot brake however that offers no stopping power at all. Also the foot brake/mudguard rattles on bumpy surfaces. You'll also feel every tiny bump too as the tubeless tyres don't really soak up anything. The stem has a good 3cm of play in it so if you pull on the handlebars to lift it over low curbs it feels very unsteady. The Unagi E450 is a perfect example of form over function. It looks beautiful but at £800 you're better buying a Xiaomi Pro. I had one of those before and all in all it was a better scooter except for the looks.
