Special thanks to costumer support
I haven’t had the chance to use my insurance at Uniqua yet, but I just want to give a shoutout to Lukas—he’s been incredibly helpful and supportive!

Very easy to deal with in English and super helpful in setting up a health insurance first time. I was guided through the process each step of the way. Thank you, Uniqa!!
Couldn't terminate the contract
Stay away. I disliked their customer service a lot and wanted to terminate the contract, but it was basically impossible to do so. I had to wait for an entire year and just not renew it.

I was scammed into a unit linked product. They did not properly disclouse the insanely high fees. If you change your mind and want to break the agreement, they will penalize you and take most of your money. Hungarian Cental Bank (MNB) fined them, and disclosed that these products are harmful for the customer, but they still continiue
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. 3 weeks since my claim was lodged and still no answer from anyone. Phone service is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Simply said to keep waiting!
Can't answer me via phone and email…
Can't answer me via phone and email already 3 weeks. Worst insurance company I ever saw
UNIQA insurance deliberately fails to compensate victims!
If you are paying a FULL CASCO to UNIQA Insurance, you are in for a nasty surprise when you need to claim. UNIQA CROATIA adjuster Danijel Blanusa took 10 weeks to process our claim, and despite a third-party telemetric report confirming that the suspension was bent by the lateral impact and must be replaced, Danijel Blanusa insists on compensating only the visible damage! The car drives sideways down the road: it is obviously bent! When the BURA damaged our house last year, Allianz Insurance processed the claim and paid in full within 2 weeks. UNIQA Insurance has forgotten what insurance is and does not deserve to be in business.
